Okay, I was at McDonalds the other day and I had lots of trouble deciding what to order. Now, I was stuck in between getting three cheeseburgers or three big macs. So, I got the cheeseburgers and I'm still wondering if that was the right choice. What do you think?(by the way, those cheeseburgers really hit the spot)

Seriously. McDonalds is bad for you if you sit around all day, doing nothing because the calories/saturated fats do not properly metabolize. Weight lifting is perfect as it utilizes those calories and your body is using all that protein to rebuild muscle fibers, hence the incredible gains.

If you were to do an SS (Starting Strength) regiment along with a GOMAD/Mc-D's diet (along with some vegetables in there) -- one would expect to gain a solid 5-15 pounds of lean muscle mass. Depending on your body type of course.


And those are my thoughts on why McDonalds is great if you're into lifting.

1big mac
1 chesseburger
1 quarter pounder
1 mc rib
1 large fries and medium soda. Delicious

I don't like mushrooms or swisss cheese. And I would get 2 duble chezzburgerz and 1 med frie

ya it's black pepper I love them.

I use to eat alot of those, but they got old fast so i switch things up alittle. And i rarely eat McDonald, like 2 times a month. That too because i m not home or something

Used to do 3 big macs as a Shaddock, but speed eating MacDonald back in 94, just never went back, now I can't stand the smell.
