Hi guys,

We promised long ago to add better squadrons support. Well, it's going on little by little. It's lot of work since it's not changes only on the game but also on the web site, screens, database and multiplayer servers.

We are already working on some new screens. These are some work in progress.

Well it will go by phases since if we try to do it all at once you wouldn't see an update for months, but the ideas is to allow you to do everything you can do already on the management section of this website plus manage your squadron (send invitations, remove people, change the name, etc...).
Also the friend section will allow you to have direct contact with your friends and see if they are online. It will also allow you to "invite" to play together in a game.
Same goes with squadrons, the idea is that you could go together on a game and squadron vs squadron.

Those are the big details, there are lot of small tiny details to do before we can push out on a release. We are also looking for funding so we can get more developers (i'm the sole developer of Dogfight right now!). With the extra help we should be able to do this way faster. I'll post the funding video and info as soon as it's finished. I actually had to fly to the UK to go to the Royal Air Force Museum to shoot some parts of it

I like every thing you said above z. Sounds like it will support allies in the squad wars or squad vs squad combat. You could have 2 people from each squad in each game.
