He is probably being an invisible soldier ON boat.
Do not shoot someone down when they are over your carrier.
Use your head...pay attention to who gets shot down & where.
When in doubt, approach to carrier like you're a cat with your tail on fire!

That's definitely a case of lag on your end. Another player came to me with this problem. After troubleshooting, he ended up temporarily swapping his router for another one he had laying around and Dogfight ran flawlessly.

Try running a few speed tests when this is happening if you're using a wireless hotspot to play. If you're hitting high pings, that's the issue. A lot of issues you seem to be having are all lag related.
