Anti-tank trench dug within firing range in a rough circle around each base. Dug random distances will allow tanks to fire, but not too close to make it easy. Dug across all the different terrain allows for variety. This will also prevent easy shooting of hangers.
If you are shot down and parachute inside the circle you respawn at your base. If you drive your tank into the trench you die.

I'm not a programmer so I don't know how difficult it would be. It's just a thought.

Give the hangers their own building, and the doors can be open on all of them. A trench that isn't IMPOSSIBLE to cross, but damn close, would deter spawnkilling. See you in the skies!
