With his britches hung almost to his knees And has his underwear showing to the world
The good judge ask this moron If he wanted to reconsider his not guilty plea.
And ordered him to pull up his pants . This mental midget Refussed on both counts
And it cost him 15 years I suspect he will spend a lot of time trying to keep his pants up
In prison. Why was he in court? Possession of cocaine and a fire arm with in 200 feet
Of a school . A junior high school no less. Some people just don't get it. We will protect our kids .

I dont think the justice system should be in the business of enforcing cultural traditions. The punishment should have been handed out for the crime committed at the scene and not because of the defendent's demeanor in court or his refusal to accept the conventional wisdom of wearing double layer of clothing

In short, someone can be a horrible character and spew out the most sinister of speech but that should not effect the justice handed down in any way. His crime was having a fire arm and cocaine within the vicinity of a school. A year, two year perhaps. I believe it to be an unjust judgement. Founding fathers would have frowned upon it

Even if they are less formally educated, and do not own the verbal equivalent of a gucci handbag, it does not by itself make them less intelligent. Someone may have poor grammer and English comprehension but may have great analytical skills.
