The game developers know about this and have tried to fix the problem by making you "invincible" on the runway. But, sometimes the code was faulty, and the invincibility would stick.

We ourselves can't do much except try and give these guys the worst experience ever and by reporting them to the mods. Whenever there is a spawnkiller ruining the game, and I can't kill them, I suck up my pride and leave. It's a game, after all.
