Yes, a soldier can hide on the carrier without being seen and it will continue to move the bar towards that player's side. Some hate it, some love it.

The soldier is invisible until the timer expires or they fall off of the carrier. There is sometimes a brief period where you can spot them, but they are only there a few seconds.

If you land, and start taking single hits to your windshield, TAKE OFF! Wait until timer is nearly over, watch bar, then land. More hits? Rinse. Repeat.

I like the sniper option. It helps an outnumbered team even the odds, if they know how to use it.

There are a couple of remedies for the sniper on the boat.

First, don't shoot an enemy airplane while it's parked on the boat. Bomb it. Or wait for it to takeoff and shoot it down over water.

If a sniper is already on the boat, land inside. Timers will offset, and he can't shoot you unless he falls below deck.

You can also bomb or strafe a sniper if you know where he has to go to reset the timer.

Good option and tried here and there, but can never get away from either dent or veidar, they can make there way down deck and still take my but out...lol

I've had the best luck killing them by putting a bomb thur the side door of carrier.
