-Dubstep (One reason I joined NLR.. I know Luna likes Dubstep)

I like almost anything, I'm just not into screamo... And I have a feeling everyone on this forum is going to hate me for this but I almost never listen to dubstep, I'm into songs I can sing along to (even if I can't sing ) but Ill listen to any kind of music depending on who I'm with or how I feel

Thats cool... Dubstep is not for everyone.. When I first heard I was like WTF.. its just a bunch of noise.. but it grows on you.. I love Dubstep remixes too.
I really listen to everything.. I like blues, Classical music, 80's, 90's etc..
The only thing I dont listen to and just dont get is country music...

I listen to a lot of classic rock from the '70s and '80s (Guns & Roses, Quiet Riot, Zepplin, AC/DC, Rolling Stones), a lot of rap, (Snoopp, Tupac (No Biggie. West Side FTW. ), Shady, Lil Wayne, Ice Cube, Jay-Z), a little bit of modern... Rock, for lack of a better word. (Rihanna and the like) Some Coldplay is okay, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I can't stand dubstep, it's just noise to me. Sorry 'bout that. 90% of country annoys the crap out of me. I don't like reggae, either. Sounds too stonery for me. (I'm actually just getting around to listning to Snoopp's new album. Halfway thru the second song, and I'm switching back to "Cum on Feel the Noize" Radio on Pandora as soon as I'm done typing this.)

Oh, and sorry, yyyy, but I actually do like Gangham Style. I think it's funny, and I've got funny memories associated with it. I have no idea what he's saying most of the time, though.

iam stuck on 80s rewind all the great rock it was a great time to be alive

Yyyy I thought the same thing as you did when I heard that song lol. And I used to hate country music last year this time, I thought it was pointless crap, but country music is a lot about the memories that go with the songs (kind of like you and gangham style Calvin) my friends forced me to listen to country music everyday and since most of the time it had to do with what we were doing (except for drinking LOL) it grew on me and sometimes I find myself turning off my cd to listen to it even when I'm not with my friends although there is still some country music that I will never like.

Well, lets scary some people with this:

1 - Chorinho (if you don't know what "Chorinho" is, try to search Youtube for "Noites Cariocas", "Brasileirinho", "Tico Tico no Fubá" and alike).

2 - Brazilian contemporany music: Lenine, Maria Rita, Gilberto Gil, Chico Buarque and a lot more.

3 - Good old english rock:
a) Jethro Tull (I am planning to post some videos of me playing Jethro on my acoustic guitar)
b) Beatles
(on this order)

4 - Jazz (be bop)
(And my favorite is Dave Brubeck - yeah, I know that some jazz specialists can laugh at me because of this one, but I really like it...)

5 - Bach, Mozart and Vivaldi.

(I don't like music that is mainly rithm, like dubstep and this kind of stuff - sorry).

I don't think any good rock songs came out in the 2000's.. Just my opinion.

I like 90's grunge too... nirvana, pearljam, soundgarden etc.. those bands were the last of the Mohicans. (Long hair electric guitars, screaming into the mic)

I highly doubt justin bieber or lady gaga with 20 dancers on stage (and no real instruments) could bring the same energy as say Metallica (or ANY other rock band)

I listen to: 80's, 70's, 60's, Christian Rock, very limited country, A few newer songs, and early 90's songs..

I like pretty much anything except hardcore rap, classical, and alot of country(it's ok in moderation, a little over a long period of time). I like listening to sirius, faction, octane and lithium chanels. I like some of the comedian songs to especailly Adam Sandler's Goat Song, the song not the skit. Some groups I like are Tenacious D, Tool, Static X, Red hot chili Peppers, Puddle of Mudd, Powerman 5000, Pink Floyd, POD, linkin Park, Disturbed, Cake, Godsmack, Rage against the Machine, Velvet Revolver, Chevelle, The Used, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Sound Garden, Radiohead, and many, many others.

Beatles, Coldplay, pink Floyd, and any 70s thru 90s music.

Country and some rock.I also just like a good old random parody.I also like the Duck Song.Not sure what genre it is.Pop annoys me to death.Not a fan of Dubstep either.Rap is annoyong too.Kill me for saying this but i like CHERRY SNOWCONES
