A medieval game, DF style, (no idea for a name) I guess we could use the same Map.
Instead of planes, horse archers, or knights.
Instead of soldiers having rifles, bows/melee wrapons
Instead of tanks, trebuchets ( fancy way of saying catapults), or onagers (basically, small scale catapults), or siege cannons.
Instead of carriers, small forts with moats, and a thin drawbridge.
Instead of airports with hangars, castles or encampments with barracks.
And the bridge over the western lake and it's building could be wooden.
And the selection screen, could be select your weapon and horse with stats of: horse speed, & weapon range, weapon speed/ ROF (rate of fire), and weapon damage.
Weapon choices of: bow (longe range, weakest, medium ROF) sword (defualt weapon, melee, low damage, fastest speed), spear/lance (medium range, medium damage, very slow speed, 1 or 2 handed axe (melee, high damage, slow speed), and mace/spiked flail/warhammer ( melee, very high damage, slowest speed) instead of 1 bomb, 10 throwing knives (, medium range, 2 hit kill, average speed).
Horse choices (difference is speed & color) of: grey (slowest), brown (slow), white (average), light yellow (fast), jet black (fastest)
Instead of a zepp, a battering ram.
bomb the carrier or hangar becomes destroy/conquer the fort/castle (so, little name change)
Though not important on what they're called, squads become guilds or alliances
How's it sound?
Also, though this may be going overboard, a skeletal horse (fastest) and scythe(melee, extreme damage, medium speed) for top rankers
also, life bar instead of throttle..
