I wish I had a scar like this! Lightning scars, so cool!

Had to hurt though!
Of course, not all are awesome, though :(

It's called "scarification", a practice older than tattoos.

You can still get it done at various tattoo/piercing/body modification shops around the world.

If you decide to do any of that -- just remember: Nothing below the lower arm and nothing on the neck/above the collar bone. I know many people who couldn't get jobs just because of one little misplaced tattoo.

And good grief -- double check to make sure they actually sterilize the equipment. One needle prick and you can test positive for a variety of diseases.

one of my dad's friends has a weird scar on his arm. It looks like a large part of the flesh on his forearm is missing. Their is like this depression about 10 inches long. I allways thought it was a burn or something, but why would burn leave a gouge in the arm. I thought it would be rude to ask.

One day someone actually asked him and his explanation was this.

I was new to America, maybe first week or so. We went to the beach. I went in the water and I felt something grab my arm, it was a fish, I beat it with my other arm and went back to shore for help. He didnt even know sharks existed before then.

It was from a shark attack

this is how i fly !!! :)
