My name is a reference to my age, although Ive seen since Im not the oldest here by far, and a reference to one of my favorite shows of the 70's, Black Sheep Squadron, where Robert Conrad played Pappy Boyington of WWII pacific fame.

Most of you probably know this (or at least, I hope so, given the game). My screen name is from Manfred von Richthoven, German WWI flying ace, a.k.a. the Red Baron.

My avatar, the one at the time of this writing, is Dick Dastardly, not Manfred von Richthoven. And my flying skills are somewhere in between Dick D. and Manfred v. R. Some days I am eerily Calvin-like in cross-map shooting, and other days, I can't hit the broad side of a Dentinhead :whistle:

My original screen name (mccrea) is cause, well, my middle name is McCrea, though, since I haven't written down my middle name in years, i've forgotten if it's "ea" or "ae" :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
And my current screen name is cause my name is Isaac, and I find that the name Isaac is taken as a username and don't wanna be Isaac12563 or whatever. Also, it was hard to remember isaactheman from
mccrea for the rest of enigma

Interesting topic, For me:

Flash, because as a junior officer I used to 'react' to things, criticism for example, quite quickly and 180 was the number of my usual aircraft and therefore the 2nd half of my callsign.

Brits dont tend to have the same sort of call signs as the Yanks, but if they do and on both sides of the pond, they are not often either chosen by the owner or complimentary. They are generally chosen by the squardron mates. 'Duck' for example was an USN F-18 pilots c/s because he was so short.

HOW I GOT MY NAME:

When I first signed up... I didn't know this game was totally AWESOME... SO I just typed in ANYTHING
And what I typed was "yyyy"

I first thought it would be a crappy game like 75% of the the games in the android market...
But this game blew my mind and really grew on me.

Although yyyy does not mean anything specific.. it is rapidly becoming the international symbol of "holy crap I better hide fast"

I originally started out as Omicronious; a gaming name that I used frequently in the past. I got bored with that name and switched to Black Flag because I like the band Black Flag and I like pirates, mostly fictional, to wit: Charlton Heston as Long John Silver.

Panzer103 has and is the screen name l have been using for years. Anyway, l thought that 103 was micheal wittmans tank number but it turns out that its not, not even close if l recall. So Panzer=tank 103 =wittman. But for this game l now go by PANZER since the Enigmas let me in.
