I flew a couple of missions, but I didn't see any other Misfits nor any other pilots for the most part. Am I in the right application? I didn't fly for a week and when I tried last night, my tilt was on a 45 degree angle I couldn't change it as going through 'Controls', I clicked on the tilt movement instead of joystick, and it takes me back to the 'Control' screen? Ive uninstalled and re-installed to no avail. My son's Samsung Galaxy Pro tablet worked fine before, but unless I jack up my chair on a 45 degree angle, I don't think ill be able to fly anymore This sucks

On a side note...Lynda Carter??? that might be my first love or was it Barbara Eden (I Dream of Jeannie for you noobs lol)...followed by whomever played Gabrielle in Xena or Olivia D'Abo in Conan the Destroyer (she was 18, right???)

Lmbo! Yep! Spent many a day wishing I had a Genie bottle to rub! Let's just say, I dreamed of Jeanie quite often! Forgot all about Gabrielle, Renee O'Conner. That came a little later in life. But hey, Xena was no slouch either! Made for good Saturday Morning TV!

The plan was to have a easy day, I left work early to work on the Blazer. I pulled the interior out then the old carpet, sealed up some old holes and welded in some patches where the rust had its way with the 38 year old metal. Started cleaning and prepping the entire floor and wheel wells for the paint on bed liner (I bought a gallon of it). Welding to paper thin metal is quite "fun" ended up cutting out more of the floor to get to the thicker stuff. Then I prepped the seats and painted them grey, found this great stuff made by SEM, you can paint plastic, leather, vinyl, nougahide (how many noughas died in the 70's?), metal, anything. Great stuff. Ugh, what a day. Should have stayed at work, I wouldn't have worked so hard.

Living up north we know a little about rust trust me i welded all new rocker panels and cab corners to 3 different vehicles this year so far and became a master at welding paper thin metal. Spent several weekends this summer working on those and it's not easy so Hulk i know exactly what you're taking about it's a lot of work not sure how those guy's do it every day.
Thought about getting in a few game'syesterday but haven't been feeling very well the past few day's hopefully tonight i will feel better and be able to get a few in.

I learned a few tricks when I worked as a welder after I graduated from High School. If you take a piece of aluminum and use it as a backing plate you can fill the hole, the aluminum disperses the heat and the steel wont stick to it. Works perfect for filling in holes in thin material. It is just time consuming because you have to start and stop, kind of like spot welding. I usually go back and forth put a pot on one side then go to the other side while the first is cooling off.

In a week of play on Elite, I have gone from pathetic to almost holding my own. Depending on who is in the game. As of this morning, I am ranked 90. That is a lot of movement in such a short time. Must not be many playing that much.

It is starting to be more fun. Seeing a lot more Misfits.
