To be honest here I wasn’t shot down exactly……. Its complicated, and looking back on it now I probably didn’t think this thrugh as well as I maybe should have.

You all know those little round things an the bottom of the airplane that touch the ground? Yes the wheels….. turns out amazingly enough that the ones on my SE.5a fit perfectly for a cap on my ale (BEER) vat!!! Cool thing is the rubber makes a perfect pressure fit so the hops and barley can cook at a higher tepm, thus producing a much better flavor for the beer, once one gets past the faint taste of dirt and rubber….. Anywho, after my last batch I was in a hurry due to the fact that the enemy was about to crest the ridge just north of the base and hand our ass to us u expectedly….. I had a little buzz going too.

Well apparently as it may have turned out SOMEONE (me) forgot to put the little keeper nut on the axle after replacing the wheel…… I believe had Grey Wolf not been such a Nancy about holding up that side of my plane up during the Said beer making processes I wouldn’t have felt so rushed!!!!
“Come on Raptor hurry!, I think my left nut just rolled down my leg”!!! and comments about the added weight of my plane because of the refrigeration system and armor plating to protect it, these were distracting, very!
I had to keep the bomb attached, you never know when the surprise attack could come and I already had half my landing gear off….. so it’s understandable…. SHEEEEESH!!!!!

So I slapped Wolf and then slapped the wheel back on, Jumped in the cockpit before Wolf could retaliate with a slap of his own and started the engine! As I was moving towards the runway from my hanger I saw Wolf half bent over one hand on his knee the other on the side of his face where I had slapped him, he appeared to be looking for something on the ground…. Beets me. OMG I thought, as Gina and Sonic were standing there with him rubbing his back and giving me the “Your such a Butt head Raptor!” look…. Yes there is actually a look. That damn Snoopy dog of Sonics was chasing me down throwing pebbles at me….. HAH you missed me BITC#!,….(note to self) if we ever start a softball team the little pooch would make a great out fielder…..

So we prevailed over the sneak attack after just a very short battle, unsatisfied with the efforts I was able to contribute to the battle I decided to fly on to there base and drop my bomb. Mostly because after Wolf got back to base I figured it would be difficult to find someone to hold up my plane while I made another batch. Feeling that with the bomb gone I could talk someone into it (Yorkie) using there Ego, “Wolf did it WITH a bomb attached, so don’t be such a Nancy”!

I flew on, I noticed the reduction of speed due to the add weight and reached in to the beer compartment to justify the need of it all. To my surprise the beer under my seat was reaching a temperature totally unsatisfactory for consumption! It would be necessary to land to make the needed adjustments to the cooler, and even though I was far behind enemy lines it would have to be done….. I did mention I was sporting a good buzz right?... Yes, well anyway I landed the ol’ girl, made the adjustments, climbed back on board and started to take off again.

Strangely as the ol’ bird left the ground, out of the corner of my eye I noticed something moving across the ground at a unnatural speed……. OH GOD that’s my cap too the beer VAT! Oh yes and the other half of my frigin Landing GEAR!!!


That’s all I can do for now guys Docs back, but keep checking back this is only the beginning!

I played earlier tonight with BlackDragon.he is awesome Ghost!!
He's got my vote as a pilot but didn't have time to chat with him because game was 6 vs 3 had jack on my side in bta we won . Did anybody talk to him and get to know him ? He seems like a nice guy said hi to everyone when he got in game.
