On another topic, I just want to say what an honor & joy it was being invited to join the Misfits & fly & fight with you all.. but I have renounced my little [m] as the possibility of making it to a full-fledged member given the limitations imposed upon me by being stuck using a keyboard for the foreseeable future would only happen by either luck or mercy, neither of which is an honorable way to become a [M]isfit. I just want to say it's been a PRIVILEGE to fly along side of you or against you all!

Congrats on the level up zebra and mike and mike geezz slow down I remember when I was trying to race u to moraf bit look at u now uve got to level 26 than 27 before I could even get to 23 ya I know I'm still a level 22 lol it's frustrating but good job it always nice seeing a misfit go up the ranks like that

Giving up is not a [M]isfit quality...i flew against you last night and you were really good...if you only knew my struggle to get through the eval. Ask anyone about my skill at the time...and i don't use the keyboard. Hopefully you will renounce your renouncing of the [m] and stick with it!

Well Mike it's not about 'giving up' it's about becoming a Misfit in an honorable manner.. as well as recognizing the limitations imposed on me using this device to play the game..

Which also means I would be of little, or worse, no help to the squadron in the upcoming Squadron Wars in either of the bombing missions as I cannot shoot straight in head on fighting as using the keyboard arrows only allows lining up the crosshairs against the enemy 1 out of 20 times or so. In fact that would make me a liability to you all in those missions.. which is something I would rather not do to a squadron filled with excellent & honorable pilots.

Zeeeb I have had so many holes shot in my zebra by you I can not imagine why you would feel like you are not an asset to the misfits. Forget all this renouncing business and tend to misfit business, shooting reds.

Good game tuck and in this longish game close to the end tuck got me 3 times so I'm not sure if I'm on his todo list but he was counting and got me 3 o ya and tuck grats on level 23

We all have limitations...for example, for the life of me, I can't hit the broad side of a red barn this morning.

So I was thinking. Zebra is an asset, whether or not he believes it, & a good guy...always helping folks in chat. He has a valid disability in the game & doesn't want a handout from officers to complete his eval. So, what if officers set a time & place for his eval & fight him on keyboards (assuming they have them)? No gimmies & zebra could press with honor. Thoughts?

I like how you think Tuck. I'm not sure how we might make that work, most play on phones or tablets. Seems like an alternate method could be figured out though.

Limitations? Discribed as though they are handicaps. Which they (keyboard) would be a monumental handicap for me!!! Truthfully !!!!

Listen Zeb, I didn't hound you day after day week after week in regards to joining our little group because of your stats. Honestly I don't even look at them when I see someone that catches my attention in game. Your way of play and code of conduct are far more important as a member of this game and this family. We have some of the best flyers in the game no doubt, but what's more is we have a reputation of being honorable players(even said by folks. Who don't particularly like us.

To me that is where the rubber meets the road my friend. Not the kill ratio, hangers bombed or any other flying skill. But the way we carry ourself in game. Look around, you will find several top 100 ranked players that everyone knows they must take seriously when they pop up in red, there are far fewer of them in that group that can be trusted to let u or a team mate up to defend ones self. Look again at that same group that just became smaller vie the good form filter I just asked you to use. You'll notice something, yes there are some in that group that follow similar fair play rules as we do. What separate them is they belong to squads that in general don't follow honor before dishonor so to speak. If you look now at that group left with way of play and consistency with the affiliation of squad, here is only one...... 121st Misfits!!!

That my good friend is by design! I joined this squad in February because mostly the rules that were placed on page 1 ( well that and they said I could paint a naked lady in good taste on my plane and drink unadulterated ). Really it was the rules Chief and Foust difined that sold me. I left a well rooted reputable squad to come join this small group of misfits, only seven counting me at that time.
To me Zeb the worst thing I could do to dishonor my beloved squad is to play against the rules I agreed too to join.

Zeeb, this RAPTOR guy has a valid point. Before you joined the [M]isfits, I was shot down plenty by you. I read the posts on world chat, " I've only been here a week " I watched you in game, Blue and Red. I thought this guy is good. When I was told that you had an interest in joining this squad, I got excited. I know now that you play on a keyboard, I'm even more impressed. I've seen you barrel roll across the field, spin around behind an opponent, ting- ting. Down he goes. On a KEYBOARD? We need players like you, a killer instinct, a Warrior, a Brave Heart, call it what you want. Look up Duck Wing, the one armed pilot, HE had the ultimate disability, one arm, Zup put a statue on top of the tallest mountain, to pay homage to this warrior. He didn't quit, and neither should YOU.

You are an asset! I have nothing but respect for you . I understand your difficulty of long range shots. The resolution of the keyboard would make fine adjustments tough. I don't have very good eyes so I usually can't see more than a tiny blob at long distances. This is why I developed my style of playing (corkscrew past the reds, be a distraction so other blues can light them up while they're trying to shoot me or take them out in a spinning battle).

I myself, haven't noticed you having trouble with long range shots but I have noticed that you are formidable in dogfights and close range. No joke! Let those officers face you in "your territory" Or just hang in there. You'll get them. Meanwhile don't think for a minute that you are not representing the Misfits well. Your skills (and stats) are as good (and better) than many high ranks. Handicaps and all, everyone improves with time. Why would you be any exception?
