Yesterday was May the 4th be with you, today is Revenge of the Fifth! We all know which side is more fun...

Apologies to all MOMs for not being around for the last 2 weeks, just got fed up waiting for Unity to get their thumb out of their backside and fix the bug on Elite. So I've been shooting up the noobs on another game which shall not be named.. Here's a pic of my little baby, small, fast, and one heck of a bite.

Ok, so I tried Elite out again and besides being disconnected several times it was quite ok.
That is, untill I bumped into Zup in his cheatingly fast ME 109.
I think that deserves bonus points, since he crashed too.

I heard Zup was looking for a World Chat greeter. His worship, Mayor Cricket, could always use some help.

Howdy MOMs. I hope you don't mind me stopping by but I feel I needed to. I was in a game a short while ago with Kraut...Killer, who was red, and another pilot who was blue. The pilot (who I will not name or from what squad he is from but suffice it to say I don't have much respect at all for about 90% of them) had gotten bossy and then started accusing Kraut of sneaking. I then thoroughly jumped on him and proceeded to tell him what I thought of him and his buddy's. I think that somewhere Kraut felt I was accusing him of sneaking, camping and tankspawnkilling. I came here to offer a personal apology to Kraut as that was in no way my intention and I have nothing but respect for him,this squadron and its members. Kraut has been a great wingman and a pain in the ass when red as all M.O.M members are. I hope this clears up any confusion and hope to see you all in the skies soon.

I'm not much of a poster, don't really have much to say. I read a lot though and suffer the same gripes and improvement suggestions as everyone. In a waking moment just now though, I realized the best thing Zup could do is to add the clock to the top of the dashboard. That way we'd all know where we are supposed to be / how deep in doggy doo doo we are. Cooler still (but still not technically complex) would be an elapsed time counter so that after having been scolded for chores undone, you could at least claim "I've been fighting for XX hours".

He won't do it. Did you ever see a clock in a bar or Casino
