it's been a long road - I joined DF in Feb 2012, played badly for a year or so, got frustrated with continually not being able to log in, getting shot down by B Strachan etc and left the game for about a year due to intermittent connections, lag etc
rejoined exactly a year ago and started improving more and more, made some friends in the game, decided to participate in the forum more, a few friendly GI's (Raunak, Elim, M) convinced me to join the squad after being solo for so long, met some other cool players (shout out to Blue Fighter), glad I stuck it out!
Also thanks to Davy Crockett who noticed me in a game a month ago and gave me some tips that helped me accelerate my progress a helluva lot!
