i recorded this game hoping to make ACM 1st class, but we won too soon!

interestingly, during my 1st sortie, the second plane bomb was absorbed by the noob German plane, and he kept flying!

it happening with the tank is bad enough, but this! just ridiculous!

hello gunners!

ive been having some late night flights and although the lag is a factor, i've enjoyed them so far. i havent purchased any ww2 planes yet. i'm still undecided on that. the main reason i got this game was for the ww1 aspect. but who am i kidding, there isnt much else to spend my game money on!

any of you guys that have ww2 planes it'd be cool to see some screen shots of combat

updated 6/27/16


another week done at gunners inc! with a couple weeks of elite numbers being used the top 30 is now starting to settle down. i've been playing some night games and have had my fair share of draws. i'm still not sure which is better, a never ending game or a 20 minute stalemate.

we have 1 notable rank up this week as Pinkstar30 hops up to the #4 spot! congrats!

i got word today that GhostWolf is heading back to the WP den. i'd like to take this time to thank him for his wonderful service and for being a genuine good guy. good luck to you over there!

also i'd like to send a special shout out to big Armament for making it up to level 30! congrats to you! i wish i could tell you there is only one more level to go but none of us are MoRAFs anymore lol

Thanks Jasta! Call me old school, but I like the original weapons of WW2.

BTW, I have a Blunderbuss from the revolutionary war. It's old and sadly cracked, so would never fire it. But it's cool! Has original markings and was made in Ireland.

Had the weirdest Elite event happen today.

Battled my way in to drop a bomb on the Allied base. My German WWII plane (Mes 109) only has one bomb at the moment. I decided to bomb the back left hanger on this run. I dropped the bomb, got the notice that I bombed a hanger, but when I looked back I noticed the back right hanger was burning as well. I guess I got a 2 for 1 special, but never thought it would get the hanger clear on the other side of the base.

I just don't know if that other hanger would have counted towards the four needed to win, as the game became a draw before I could bomb a 3rd (4th?) hanger.

Elite has some really weird things going on, hope they will be fixed soon.

speaking of wierd things happening in Elite, i entered a protect the zep mission, the counter read 19:59 (time left), zep right above my head at the allied base and viola! 'you win'.
than i got into a btb mission with HB in it, and blue too, again 'you win'. i dont know if the second was a real win or not. either this is a bug, or my presence is really auspicious.

wierd stuff is also happening in df1. i am mostly invisible AND inconsequential in ctc missions, was invisible in a btc mission and may have been invisible in a df mission (the only time i got shot as when i was lighting up someone's tail and someone else was lighting up that guy from the front). nobody complained though. maybe i am too scary to pick a fight with.

Hmmmm, weird things in Elite, oh yeah. ..
I was in a btc mission and got shot down near enemy coast. I entered my tank and IT was outacontrol. The tank just moved on its own all around the map. IT struggled, jumped through the forrest, water and land. I couldn't Do anything. The only thing i did was loud laughing. .

i remember a certain tank bug where you would launch up into the air if you tried to tank on water. it was kinda fun to try and hit a target while flipping around in midair :silly: :lol:

in some cases you could tank underwater. from your perspective you would be on land, except you cant come out of water, but you could hit the bottom of the ship. Also once while tumbling in the air, my tank was rolling in such a way that my turret aimed at the ship was fairly stable and i came SO close to landing a shot!

i had a very fun all out death match with some wp's and gi's. i took the screen shot in mid game but it was great to see all those good pilots fighting it out. dashie came off with the win for gi! good to see those wolves on the prowl awoooogah!
