No one told me you made all the requirements. Argh. Please everyone -- try to keep me updated on our members. Because I'm the one at blame when something goes wrong, heh. I come onto the forum everyday to do my job. So I can indeed update the members list accordingly.

Allow me to ask a question I should already know an answer to.

What is our conduct when we see a fellow squadron mate on the red team? Do we shoot away or let them alone? And if there's any other do's and don'ts that are obvious let me know too please. I've read the rules of conduct but don't know all the terminology.

Play the game as usual. It's good to test your skills against other enigma members. We can give each other input and advise that way. The exception would be if by individual agreement you have truce with a fellow flyer.

I took a couple of those pics myself, that started last we when we had major server issues... funny I asked all in game if they saw what I was looking at, it was a capture carrier game, there were three tanks surrounding it, a battle on what was to be in the air quickly turned towards the empty pool...lol

You are the founder of sharp shooters....you should stay in that squad......your a great player and a very nice person, you would be a great roll model for your recruits.....loyalty is an important quality that not too many players have here.....there are many players that jump squad to squad and sets a bad example......

David2233 was pretty good.


Anyways, I was just on a bomb carrier game, ktheo whooped my tail, and I lost, but I gave them hell
It was me, and 2 lower ranks (can't remember the names)
versus.
floydfann(aspirant), danny, theo, simmo, and joe nailer,
They swarmed our carrier
I ended with 21-22 kills and 19 - 20 deaths.
Theo pulled 32 kills & 9 or 10 deaths

During the Dog Fight rounds l generally dont shoot at Enigmas. I often get blasted for it. Other then that i Enigas are fair game. [E]PANZER

What do you guys think about an enigma recruitment drive? Maybe set up a thread or site that interested players can go to to get specific info on joining ( rank and recommendation requirments etc ). I know this thread is supposed to cover that kind of stuff, but its more of a squad chat room than a recruitment center. Also consider a "minor league" squad for junior ranked pilots . Call it enigmites or enigma academy. Sort of a longer term [eR] squad. This way we can get the Lts interested in our squad before other squads are interested in recruiting them. We can give them some requirements to meet before " promoting them" into the recruit squad.

On the first page of this thread is some info on the squad. Basically we fight hard and we fight fair as well as encouraging others to do the same. Go to tools and join the enigma recruit squad and add [eR] in front of your name. This wlll let members know to report on your performance. When you get 3 or 4 people that have vouched for you, you are in. Thanks for your interest and good luck!

Thanks for the advise on reducing sensitivity. I'm scoring more kills already. Tonight I had my first double digit kill count in a destroy base senerio. :) I've always said that someday I would learn to shoot and then there will be trouble. Well that day is getting closer!

Haha, good job! Once you kinda level out, turn it up a bit. You should get it to 100 eventually, but it's easier to get good at a lower sensitivity.

So, in order to secure future aces, we're starting a prospect program. Any low ranked player who isn't ready for evaluation (the Enigma Recruit squad) can join, provided that they follow our rules before you ask them to join. Ask them to put [eP] in front of their name. I already have a squad under my name, so I'll need someone else to make one.

Speaking of which, since no one seems to be bringing in recruits, I've decided on two prospects. DXP and J, if you guys want the job, you can both have it, or either one of you.
