I did not take a single game serious today, so I got lots of good pics. Here are some.

The first thing i did was i got on top of duckwing in a plane, and drove off, but turned off the engine, and tried to glide to the German base. Probably would have made it if I hadn't started at the back, and if the guy who killed me wasn't there.


After that, me, jans, bell, manfred, swop, santox, and someone else, i forgot, we did circusing stuff. Bell landed on his nose on the carrier tower.


Then, I tried to get on the carrier tower with a tank. I didnt succeed the first time,

But I got it the second time!

To bad you can't see the nosespinn in the pic.

Well there was a challange to fly through the hangers a while back. Well some of us Davy and I gave it a try, Davy missed the first try and so did I. I went again and bounced on the hangers. Got stuck, then watched davy fly right on through. Wished I got that pic, but he was moving so fast I couldnt, a whoppin 25mph. but I did get me on tue hangers lol

Last night Bhfoust and I were trying to circus fly, but those annoying reds kept shooting at us. but we ran them off and was showing some noobs how circus flying is really done. We were doing barrelrolls a cross the bridge. Cought foust during his one of meny barrelrolls. Good job bro.

Some others didn't want to circus, which is fine, but nitrouspat1 and santox seemed to circus with us but then they would shoot us, which is really lame.

And I'll embed these photos, since some cropping does help a little. Not much you can see, but if you look back to Big C's tank on carrier tower, this is how he did it, from the bridge. If you zoom in a bit, first two show him on the bridge, then he dives off the far side in the third pic.

How do you guys get people to circus? I ask people, hey, wanna try rolling down this in a tank? or other things along those lines. It'd be great! Someone always ruins the fun. What kind of games do you guys circus in?

Good questions. It takes a little feel, mostly around Who is in the game. If it's a bunch of people I know, they might be all fun-loving, or all 100% serious dogfighters, or a mix. The only real opportunity to circus presents itself when it's virtually all whacked out fun lovers who chat all the time and like to mess around in-game, AND when it happens to be a Dogfight mission. We tried it in a Capture Carrier mission last night, and that was ok too, but there's nothing like a DF mission.

I think the DF mission allows a couple others to shoot each other, without the carrier (bomb or capture) to get in the way. Bomb the Base ends too quickly if others keep playing. So for me, it's really DF mission.

Sometimes a circus starts with the first two people in a game. Sometimes I'm on a quick break and just want to shoot, no time for messing around. But sometimes it just ends up perfect. The roller-coaster bridge circus with bhfoust mcfate and the others was one of those perfect ones. Hasn't happened to me much at all.

EDIT: You can't force a circus. Even people who want to circus will get turned off. It just has to start happening, with the right timing, kind of like a well timed joke. Anyway, keep playing, get to know some folks, get pulled into some circuses, and maybe try starting others. But IMO the last thing we all need is a whole bunch of people constantly saying Circus Circus! That just wouldn't capture the spirit.

I'm one of those mixes. In DF missions, I usually want to circus, espically when there is a MORAF there. Other games, I'm pretty serious.

There were six of us in FFA doing the DuckWing Mountain in various forms and stages. I had a great time guys, thanks for the participation and letting me partake.

It really helps if one or more of the circus flyers have more than 12 kills. It's my theory that many of the rank climbers won't want to stick around if they are starting a df at such a handicap. It also gives you more time to communicate what's going on. But most importantly, when some knucklehead is bent on blowing everyone away, it is easier to deny them the win.

Dwight this is a difficult maneuver to pull off. I have crashed ALOT trying to pull that off over the months. but now not some much. bh did it on 3 try that @$$. Lol

I've got flyin in my blood and i've been practicing barral rolls.

Got a load of pics with seal the other day. He waned me to post them here. They r a mixture of both my pics and his. We where goofing off on the bridge on a df mission. Was great fun.

I fell off and had ro get my plane.
Then got stuck at the door.

I rocketed in after leaving engines at full power and squeezed in. Somersaultimg to avoid the wall only to get stuck.


I luckily backed up and we had a starimg contest.


He made me blink by pointing that huge barrel at me lol.
HE then jettisoned himself of the side and left lmbo. But just then whip came in but was camera shy and ran off but i got his tanks butt lol.

As soon as i took that pic the game ended. But boy did i have fun

Also he wanted me to put this one on. He is on the ground landed on his tail fin lol.
