Davy, you're a great guy and a great player, but that's WAAAAAYYYY more serious than I'm willing to be all of the time. Sometimes, I think, Awesome! Bring it on! Other times, it's just frustrating. Especially if I'm already in a bad mood.

Almost one year playing. Always stay to the end. A-L-W-A-Y-S, Davy! Even when there are 7 reds against me. Of course, sometimes the battery runs down, or I have a phone call, or Laura hit the wall with her head, etc, and I suddenly quit. But these are the only exceptions.
And I always try to raise my teammate`s morale when we are 2 against 6.
I said it in my first post, but it looks like I need to emphasize it here once more: it was an isolated act. Out of angry, out of boredom, my English isnt good enough for me to "draw the picture", but here in Brasil we have some expressions for that: "Eu chutei o balde", "O caldo derramou", "foi a gota d`'agua", etc. Google can translate it, and if you dont get the idea with the litteral translations, let me know and I will clarify it.

I also believe that they are MY hangers to do what I want with when Im alone.

I hope nobody will be blacklisted in the future for teamkilling friendly assets while solo.

Ive said this before: if you want to blacklist someone, you should have evidence. My recommendation for an airtight case is:

A shot of the offence or chat record
A shot of the player getting informed/warned and if possible their response
A shot of the player roster to record who was present

Since there is no evidence of how many were on Pedros team, he should counter-blacklist the Plaintif for his legal fees, time lost from work, and emotional trauma.

They are not ur hangers but the teams. We all have a responsibility to protect them as much as possible. Especially in fact only three of my teams hangers were left.

I find it very interesting that you find three pilots are liars. Observation with three corroborated witness IS evidence.

Swop you have such a hard time being wrong. Its just impossible for you isnt it.

Its not evidence. Its testimony. Actually its hearsay because nobody was sworn in and there is no EVIDENCE that ANY of you were even in a game with Pedro.

Also, one of your witnesses was busted about a week ago for exagerating a blacklist complaint and has apologised and withdrawn his complaint.

The fact that ped admitted it should show that i did correctly use blacklist. I gave him the benefit of the doubt by taking it back and then ped admits it. What more can there be? Im willing to move on but the fact that ped admitted to it shows i did the right thing.

Pedro it's been decided then by a group of your friends... For the bombing of your own hangers in the heat of a game, You shall be HANG BY THE NECK TILL YOU ARE DEAD....or just mildly blue in the face, which ever comes first... For the third time nobody is calling you a liar. Simply saying learn how to blacklist. Otherwise its your word against the other guy and your case goes nowhere.

Ped admitted to being alone and bombing his hangers. Your accusation is different. Thats why your case is useless which is where it was destined to go with no evidence. Which is why you need to learn to blacklist correctly.

If you were right then you wouldve got what you wanted which seems to be punishment for Pedro.

If you HAD given Pedro the benifit of doubt you would have PMed him instead of Blacklisting him.

Pm ing him would have resulted in a worse situation cause he would have admitted it. I him gave him the benefit of the doubt and took it back. My objective was never to bAn him. At least he admitted it and there really is no excuse for intentionally bombing hanger. At least he admitted it and lets go on. He did have more than just him but even if he was alone its still bad.
