"The Lag Will Go On"

Every night in my games
I see red, I miss red,
Lag is why the red can still run

All across the disjoints
And stutters between us
Lag has come to plague our fun

Near, far, wherever we are
I perceive that the lag does go on
Once more I open the game
And it’s here in my device
And the lag will go on and on and on and on

Lag can touch us one time
or last for a game time

Lag was when I missed you
Tho true aim I hold to
