Sky is working on it! There are a ton of 111th falcons. I wonder why? We should be able to field teams 24/7 lol! I'm hoping Z will tell us how he's going to do it. That will determine a lot how we organize and form up. We probably should be starting some sort of training but we have no way of getting in same missions. There are already to many joining/quitting missions. Sometimes that determines outcomes?
Any one seeing someone flying the 111th Falcon banner PM Sky so he can add them!

I think we should all use Von Pay's banner. I know we haven't voted so just a suggestion?
It's very versatile and Von Pay can add ranks and such when our leaders come up with them!

Darkstar had a bad rep in the past, many people complain about him, etc. He's not the type myself and others want representing Engima Corps. His karma speaks for itself. He can be quite a troll -- but who knows. Maybe he's had a change.

Contact us link in our new website will lead to this thread. Member approvals shall be done here. Another thing, I would be listing the members according to in-game ranks for now so that when a member rank up, he or she can report here. We all will know then and congratulate him or her. We will always be able to check the rank of any member easily. So, every member should report their rank or in-game name so that I can check and enlist them.
Frankly, our squad structure is very loose right now. We need to recruit more members, organize things in a more systematic way. So, here, I propose to create some more jobs like; Recruiting Officers - recruit new members, keep in touch with current member's ranks and information General Officers - to moderate and manage squad, webs, discussions, announcements and so on. Officers should be regular players. And Sky is still our Tactical Officer, right? It's just my opinion, and I just want to improve our squad structure and performance. |

Just my advice -- I dunno if I'd do that Von. I mean, you're going to have people constantly ranking up -- therefor, people whining because you haven't updated their rank on the website.
I wouldn't do that, but that's just me. |

That's a good point.
Let me hear from Green, Kevy and other people, too. Plus, I expect that there will be some more officers to keep up running the web because I wont be free all the time. |

Very good point Von Pay! Green, Qaz and Tony it's time to step up and lead. Thanks to Mr. Pay lol. So far all I'm good for is the cheerleader position but I'll try. I can't wait for Sky to give us tactical orders. I like what he's mentioned so far. We do have to come up with a sound outline of our squad so people can be sure of what's expected. Even though we don't know how this is going down we can give it a try!!
