Ok Wolfs. I have been really trying to be patient with Zup addressing Windows Players game issues. I have tried my hardest to resolve the problems on my own. I am at the end of what i can accomplish. Good evening Joaquin. I am emailing you with regards to a big issue with game play. First off in no way is this message meant to be a personal attack on you as the game designer or the game itself. I truly want to be a part of the solution and not one of the people sitting on the sidelines insulting you and the game. So thank you for taking the time to address my concerns and game input.

The issues plaguing game experience

 Game screen freeze
 Keyboard plane controls
 Re entering match after losing connection and not retaining your kills for a final tally commencing game end

I have listed these in order of importance.

Freeze screen has become a real never ending, constant problem. There is no rhyme or reason, nor is there a obvious pattern to it. The game will freeze in mid flight and become unresponsive . You cannot quit, auto destroy, or re enter, etc. You have to close app and reopen.
This can happen in the first few moments upon entering. It can happen in any plane view. It can also happen while in tank or chute. Some times happens after a minute or so, or sometimes after a longer period of time. I rarely make it over 5 mins before it freezes. Interesting observation, if I fly tier 1 plane Rarely do I freeze up.

Keyboard controls.

When flying with no enemy in sight the planes movements are very smooth and predictable ..
When enemy is sighted and I begin to engage things get a little rough. Side to side pitch seems to be fine.
A straight up or down movement can be very unpredictable. Some times a quick tap to move straight up the plane jumps wildly skyward. Or some times it even locks up. Trying to micro adjust to hit enemy is super hard. Maybe I need a game controller. But I thought you should have this input.

I know you have stated that your points are recorded and not lost. But this is not the issue.
It is a big part of the game and my squadrons most coveted and respected aspect of Dog Fight.
Our Squads award system is based upon achieving a large amount of kills in a match, recorded by screen shot.
This is more of a personal request made on the behalf of the community as a whole, my Squadron, and of course my self. This being what it is, I am sure there are bigger issues and problems you are addressing.
I only ask you consider this feedback and if time and resource allow, maybe tis could be addressed.

I will now post screenshots of my system config, model number, devices, drivers, with Task bar open with my resources showing. Maybe from all this info you can compile some sort of game adjustment for myself and other Windows PC Players.

Or at least you can give me the details why this is happening. You are our last hope. I have tried online Micro soft support technicians, that have taken manual control of my System. I have reloaded all current Windows updates. I have reinstalled windows 10 twice. I have tried every repair tool you can imagine. Not the free junk clean apps either. I have spent approx. $100 dollars trying to fix this myself. I have tried playing on different Wifi providers as well to see if my internet was the root issue. With all due respect, and I no how you feel about referring to other games and comparing them to yours. But I feel this is prudent. I have downloaded another flying online game, The name is illrrelevant. What is relevant is the games size, and Graphics demand, plus the amount of players that can be in a match together. My Computer plays this app with no problems. That said , The game itself does not compare to the enjoyment I get playing your game Zup. This is why myself and many others want to see you succeed.

So you can see I have exhausted my ability to fix the game experience for my self.
I have had many pilots help as well .

Great! You certainly stated all such problems. I recently played a ctf game and goth the enemy flag to my flag twice. It simply said "Get to the enemy flag!" And boom. I have to start again!

Cyph, I believe the screen freezing is a cross-platform issue. I play Dogfight on my iPad Air 2 and it does that a lot. I don't usually have issues with kicking or anything, that's probably something in the PC versions. Also as to what Sarge said, I've noticed huge issues on CTF where the flags jump around to different places and completely glitch out.

Sarge, nice seeing you and Cyph in the skies last night, you guys were a blast to hang out with.

I have to agree with dog on this one. Cookie is trying to get a reaction from us. No worries, thank him for the flattery and shoot him to bits if you catch him (or anyone) who isn't in our squad flying our tag.

I was reading Cypher's post and had an idea. How about we start a "screen freeze pics" thread, where we can post our funny or not-so-funny screenshots of when your screen freezes? Dickless sent me a pic of him lining up a shot on a red when the screen froze and it gave me the idea. I have had more than one instance when the screen froze in the middle of dropping a bomb or in the middle of some crazy maneuver which would have been kinda cool had I bothered to take the screenshot.

Might as well make the best of a bad situation, right?

And thanks for email zup about those issues, Cypher. I think you covered almost everything with the exception of the never ending squad chat text. Used to get deleted after so long so the text box was fairly short, but now you have to scroll for a half hour before you get to the bottom and any potential requests to join.

All hands are encouraged to email zup with similar messages, just to show him that Cypher isn't alone with his complaint. Make sure you include your platform so we can demonstrate the problem are not exclusive to pc or windows 10. Don't be snippy though. He needs as much info as he can get to help identify and correct the problems.

Well, I looked at Palringo a minute ago, it seems somewhat similar to Discord. I use Discord and it looks to have more features, might that be something to consider?

One advantage of a site with a forum / blog type structure is that flying tips can be found long in the future, whereas chats aren't meant as a way of writing large amounts and archiving them.

Sounds like you have put a lot of thought into this Agent... Like I said, im going to trust ya. Im looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Would you prefer a light (white and variants)site theme or a dark (black and variants)site theme? It's really a matter of personal preference and I might as well ask those who will be using it.

Had a few good games today, including one WWi with Viper. I entered a WWii and one red Cricket immediately left.

However, special thanks to this player who came in right afterward. I've offered points to folks many times too and it's a kind gesture that creates unity between squads. He left before I had a chance to thank him, so posted this pic!

I am sorry for my absence. I have been in limbo for a couple days but now have got my account all sorted. Also have news for Windows players with Freeze crash. To rectify this issue immediately uninstall any DF elite version downloaded through Windows store App. It is broken and will not operate properly. Download Steam game platform app and down load game from there. It works flawlessly. I have not had one Freeze up.
