Quick update on your FlightSurgeon. I am back to flying on very limited status. Hard to play too much as I have some muscle pain in my left side of my chest.

Reaching down or out or up and causing those muscles to stretch is quite painful. My bronchitis is on its last day or so. Coughing still hurts, sneezing makes me want to shoot myself.

I am walking very briskly one or two times a day for fifteen minutes each. I literally get warm enough to remove my jacket in this cold weather. Yesterday it was 34 farenhiet here and I did ten minutes with out my USMC issue field jacket.

I am below 220 pounds, from the day after the hospital when I was 240. My eating habits have changed very drastic but I hardly notice the no added salt. In fact,chili yesterday we added no salt. The stuff was slightly salt due to the tomato's( canned). Next time we are using freshbeans an tomato's and chili's. My chili seasoning I make, I omitted the salt.

Just got my buffalo meat in and today I cooked some of the peppered bison bacon. It has very little salt, a couple of eggs over easy and one piece of toast. Man, I was cooking it at 0600. My wife loved me cooking. The smile was worth it. We had our hot coffee as the sun peaked over the tree line.

I still have a long time to fully heal the sternum. My blood pressure has been an average of 116/70 ish with a pule of mid70's. Not too shabby for an old sailor dog.
