Better late than never!!!
Real life has been a little hectic for me this last week and I am sure this next week will be no different!
Plenty of movement in the squad ranks this week as our great folks prove their deadliness in the skies!
[G.I.]DarthChops isn't going to be happy as The Grim Repo literally leaves him for dust in the World Rankings! Great job, Repo!
I will be stepping down as leader of squad 2 for a short while and leaving the squad in the capable hands of Elim. This is just temporary as I have a mission to accomplish which I have decided to call 'The Great Big Gunners Inc. Squad Giveaway Event!'
Over the next week or so, I will be starting squads for people and giving them away as a gift from Gunners Inc. I will only be giving them to people who are willing to put in the hard work to try and make their new squad a success. I will return to run wing 2 as soon as I am done and I will continue to post here. Don't be alarmed if you see me without the Gunners Inc.. tag in games!

We have an excellent reputation within the community for being some of the toughest pilots in the game. When facing tough competition we do not quit, we fight as hard as we can until the end! This gives you valuable experience fighting against long odds and makes you a much better pilot. Don't worry about your KDR, that is irrelevant. Respect from other pilots for never giving up is worth a whole lot more than stats!
Keep flying hard, my fellow Gunners!
As a growing squad, always remember to keep your eyes open for new talent. If you are impressed with a pilot in-game, steer them our way! Being a Global squad, there is usually an Air Marshall available 24 hours a day.
Keep spreading the word about the forum, we want as many G.I's visiting our pages as possible.

Just popping in to say I have enjoyed some really good games with a few GI's lately. You guys and gals are always lots of fun to be around, blue or red. (Preferably blue) To clear up the .. ..007 issue, he was booted from WP for poor game play, disrespect, and bad language. I do believe he landed in enigma squad from there. Talented player, just not WP material. See you in the skies!

I had a record breaking win today. Armament was there, but left before I could capture his KDR! he left when I hit 100 kills.
Great game Armament, but wish you had been a blue. By the way, my team finally won that one.

i just had a game with all level 10 and less pilots. it was very fun, i only shot my gun once but still managed to get 100% of the carrier lol

In my opinion, just being a gnat isn't bad. But what many do is start killing the reds either while they are spawning (spawnkill), or just after they take off. I have even sat with breaks on just watching reds fly and then try to shoot me sitting there, but they never leave until they run out of bullets, and then they crash so they won't be shot down trying to escape.
What's really bad is when it's a Moraf or other high ranked is in an advance plane, just eating up the newbs in their basic plane. If we want to chase people away and not get new players into the game, then this will definitely work. But if we want to encourage those newbs, then bomb and fly away. With flying away, if you haven't done it, it's a rush to know you are being chased and shot at and you have to avoid getting shot down so that you can make it back to base. Yes it's a different thing if you want to tank, but currently I'm unable to tank. I was in a game this morning and that's exactly what I saw happen. One newb was having a hard time and I offered help, but you can't help when your teammates are not even allowing them to get off the carrier. Reminds me of a high school bully going to an elementary school playground and beating up on the kids. Sure you can win, but where's the honor?

oh BTW...
I was in a game earlier where there was a Noob I'd love to see become GI!! In a basic plane cleaning house with the big boyz!! said he was new (no other accts) to this game but very experienced at other flight sims and he is ranking up fast.... Intoxicated Pilot is someone to try to recruit IMHO.... |

A lot of banned players trying to keep a low profile tell you that they haven't played DF before, it is a story regularly used. Intoxicated Pilot may be a total noob to the game, but could also be a formerly banned player. One name comes to mind that follows the same theme. Anybody guess who I am thinking of?

hey all. just stopping in a sec before flying. trying to play a bit each day now that im back home. had some fun games lately with gi and wp. lot of people seems to think im some other sharpshooter. seen one with pitbull or someone. lot of sharp this and sharp thats lately lol wth? cheers all cya in the skies. no luck at all trying to change sides in games lately so no hard feelings if we come up against one another. I try changing but just rarely works

I think being a gnat is ok when your teammates are approaching the red base. And it's okay to cover everyone coming in, even if that's camping. But once the bombs are away, then you should fly out beyond the hill and try to get into a tank, if the enemy is stupid enough to let you. And hopefully they are!!!
