so i havent been posting much on the forum because my name got switched theturkeyman and i'd rather it be horriblebreast. i emailed zuperman about it and am waiting for a response. i didnt want to post a bunch of stuff and have him think i just changed my name lol

i made an account for my phone named theturkeyman, but for some reason that name is now my forum name.

Lesson learned!!!...... Never get killed at highest altitude and parachute; It took forever to hit ground. I went to the restroom twice and still didnt touch ground.

This is an open letter to all of my fellow pilots of Gunners Inc. that regularly use the forum to catch up on happenings across all 3 squads.

This is a concern of mine that has been troubling me for quite a while now, I have been working to resolve this for a while, but I feel that I cannot accomplish this on my own, I need to call on the help of my Brothers and Sisters to resolve it.

We now have around 100 active players across the 3 squads, but many are unaware that we have this space on the forum to call our own. We need as many of our members as possible to be active on here, whether they post or not, just to keep up with news and happenings across the 3 wings.

If you are reading this, please let other G.I's know how to get here. It is great to hear about stuff from all our regular visitors, but I know that there are so many more G.I's out there who we would all love to hear from.

G.I. is the first squad I wanted to join back when I started playing, simply because of the help and encouragement I received when I became a member. Hopefully, it will be the last squad I am ever a member of, just because of my fellow G.I's!

Lets give as much help and encouragement to all our new recruits as I received when I was a new player/ member. I seriously believe that is the main reason why we have survived as a new squad and that is the reason why we will continue to flourish while others perish.

I must take this opportunity to thank Horriblebreast, Gunnerzz and Slayer for their help and support, but most importantly I must thank my good twin, Elim, for helping me find my way to the best bunch of guys and gals I think I have ever known!

I hope that with the help of your good selves, the next 100 pages of posts on our thread will take less than half the time!

this week of dogfight has gotten me to my lowest point in quite a while. sometimes being the boss is not fun at all. actually most of the time it isn't lol. sometimes i feel like all this effort i have put into this really hasn't made a bit of difference. sometimes i can almost convince myself it's true....


but then i read our forum thread. all i see is a hungry group of fighters who are willing to stand together through thick and thin. THAT, is what truly inspires me to continue on. when i see a new g.i telling someone else "good job, keep it up" i know we really have made a difference in some small way to the lives of the members we have. for me, gunners inc has been mostly work work work since i signed up. lots of planning, rethinking, communication, and failures. lots of attempts, and even a few successes!
