Hey HB, i just noticed you're an avid cook as well. I'm also a relatively experienced cook, although out of necessity. I've spent the last 3 and a half years working at a couple greasy spoons... Absolutely delicious greasy spoons, mind you, but greasy spoons, nonetheless. Ifyou wanna good cheeseburger, Panini, or some fish fry, I'm your man, and I'm darn good at it too. The restaurants I've worked at are all award-winning restaurants. But I digress. So I was looking around, and came across these beauties. I'm sure you can appreciate.
I prefer serrated knives, but that's mostly because it's a pain keeping chef's knives sharp. But these look like they could cut anything.
