J bro! how is the newest grandkid? My gosh my baby is growing so fast he is almost 3 months. feels like he was born last week lol. he is big now.

Finally got some time in the air this evening, saw RFG our there, he's doing great, and moving up the ranks fast (sorry I left the game hit quit and couldn't find that game again!).

Will be up again tomorrow early evening US time, so keep an eye out for me.

Sorry to intrude. Just wanted to congratulate J and flyzone. It was outstanding defense, and with McFate you turned a hopeless situation into a win. Even though I ended up losing, I really enjoyed it guys. Well done fantastic effort .

Good Afternoon Squad Members,

After many engagements between the leaders we have revisited the Path to Leadership campaign. For many reasons, to give some simple examples:

1. Squad members may grow into leadership roles.
2. Should the need of one to retire and another succeed?
3. To advance the Core Enigma to a great adventure with expansion

This listing can simply go on and on, but what’s important is that we have members here like yourselves that want to contribute to each-other as well as the vast forum we all engage in.

The path to leadership will grow into many sublets with-in the Enigma Corps. The main idea is for each of us to further challenge, engage, lead by example and contribute.

Here’s how the first segments path begins:

Recruit 1 member into Enigma- your recruit will utilize now the [e]2^______, recruit additional you yourself will indorse the [e]7*_____ as the Team leader of your recruits.

[e]2^ air man (new Recruits)
[e]5^ Senior Airman (assistant to the Team squad Leader).
[e]7* Team Leader of new squad recruits identity [e]7* Master Sergeant.

Once you have recruited 5 or more [e]2^ airman or airwomen, you will bring your nomination forward to advance one of your recruits to [e]5^ Senior Airman of your team. Note: [e]2^ pilots must remain in the recruited position unless otherwise promoted for a period of thirty days from day one of recruitment.

Further advancements are listed as the following:

[e]9@__________ Chief Master Sergeant
[e]<>__________ Lieutenant Colonel
[e]= __________ Brigadier General
[e]# ___________Major General

Note: Advancement into these promotional roles, are appointed by senior squad leaders of the Enigma Corps.

Just an fyi about 2 accounts an joining another squad.

That question was raised once by General Jackson to Slanderman. Ultimately, theres mix feeling along with concern about ones commitment, goals, and conflict of intrest. I cant remember excactly what transpired but do remember the results where the General departed the squad an continued his journey with the confederates...,

I will add i can understand the challenge to recruit under the new servers splitting ranks, although i do like J's idea if at all possible to start a new account to inlist and recruit at that level. I will add so long as your in the squad, no matter how many account or level, your in the squad. Plain english, so should you start a new account and your goals ar to recruit under the new advance system, i believe you'll successed so long as your recruits make an appearence and carry the new tag,

Agree enigma squad for all your accounts and all accounts fly by enigma rules. Lets inspire players on the low rank server so when the hit the big time even if they are not enigma squad members they fly right.
