It's 34 degrees and raining
 bad weather to fly in  the winds make you crash into own hangars when you take off. Hard to breath when flying in the clouds. |

And the direction. It could help you get to enemy base if its going in your favor. Instead of going 140 with bomb i might go 160. And it would slow enemy planes down
