Yes, that's exactly what I'm getting. Most of the time it seems to happen when there are a large number of planes in the game, and particularly when there is a lot of tracer flying about, but not exclusively.

Sometimes it seems worse. Last night I was able to play some pretty busy games without too much trouble, but this morning I couldn't get anywhere without the plane locking. It seems to me that it locks with a fixed amount of roll and straight flight, although occasionally I have been stuck in a loop. Yesterday when I mentioned I had control difficulties, a couple of people said they did too, and one that he had no problems, so it obviously affects some but not others.

Can anyone advise if there is a solution in hand?

I have yet to find any setting that seems to work reasonably. Each time I try to play I encounter the same issue. As soon as another player appears in the arena, any input from my phone has a delayed effect and my plane will fly out of control due to the lag in response. I hope the video, all though grainy due to transfer from media devices gives Zup an idea of what we are experiencing and a solution to the issue.

Yes! Exaclty the same thing as me! Its as if my controls are delayed by a few seconds or freeze completely sending my plane into a gut wrenching dive into the ground ! If it makes a difference i am on the ipod touch 3rd gen.

Oh and its usually when there are multiple planes in the vicinity. Always occurs when i need my maneuverability the most hahaha

Parachute and tank controls freeze. I use iOS 6.1.3 on ipad mini. Latest DF update. They work initially, then freeze, then work.
