This happens when you're shot and hit the button to respwan at the same time. It isn't due to this update. It's something we have had for as long as I can remember.

Yup, Bell is right, I used to hit retry button as soon as I was shot down. That meant hits would still be registering as I was spawning back in. The other way is if there is some amount of lag in the game. You get shot down, bail out, get shot and respawn and die again. Hits were still registering on your chute when you respawned. That would account for 3 kills in one run.

Also you did not get 3 deaths added to your score, only the 2 plane deaths. Chute deaths and tank deaths count for the killer, but not for the one killed.

As this is your first post here on the forum I recon you don't know how this works. My guess is that you created this account only to plead for your friend.

The moderators here on the forum can mute and ban you, but ONLY for a short period of time (far to short if you ask me).
The only one that have the power to give someone a permanent mute or ban is the developer of this game.

We who have been here a while we know that what the dev decided stands.
He won't perma ban you for no reason. He would bite his own leg if he did. I ensure you that he knows what he is doing and knows what has happend. I don't know what your frien have done but I'm sure that he isn't innocent and that the dev have seen enough proof to act on it.

I have in noway hade anything to do with what has happend, and no personal intrest in this.

So please spare us the pleading and whining here on the forum. It won't do you any good anyway.
If you are miss happy with the decision to permanently ban your friend, send an email to the dev. But keep in mind that you probably have no clue (like me) what really have happened here.

A couple clarifications regarding Mod "power" and the ban on Zippy:

Contrary to what's often said here, we Mods do have the power to Ban permanently. In-game bans are brief, it's true. Bans entered via the online Moderator Console are called "permanent" for a reason. There are differences between our Perma-bans and the "lifetime" bans imposed by Zuperman. But if we hit the Ban button on you, you're banned until we decide to unban you.

Zippy was not banned for reasons supported by "no evidence". He harassed a (female) player with inappropriate sexist remarks in Private Messages. When asked to stop he persisted. Joaquin refuses to tolerate this sort of behavior, and rightly so. As has been pointed out here, it takes a lot to get him to ban someone at the I.P. address level. Sexual harassment, or any form of harassment, is way over his line and way over ours. When a player like Zippy intentionally stirs the pot under numerous different names, clearly intent on dodging bans and clearly disinclined to behave respectfully toward fellow players, he gets exactly what he deserves and what he should, if he's even half smart, expect. Personally, I'm in complete agreement with Joaquin's tolerant attitude, preferring to let mildly off-color in-game language and most other minor infractions slide. This is not one of those cases.
