I totally agree with bellsaj, but as we all know (what I think) not all pilots / players opened an account to access the game's forum. Then they do not know that there are rules in the game and therefore there is a blacklist. These players / pilots will never ask disulpas and can never reclaim your account.
If would require registration in the game page each time a player / pilot install the game on your device, I think what I mentioned before would not happen (just a thought)

Yeow. For reference, the "apologies" were *not* believable, and were a feeble attempt to look sincere. Actually came across as sarcastic. He needs to do a lot better than that if he pleads for his account enabled. Banned indefinitely. So nasty.

got one for ya. gr8102 i believe was his in game name. hes got a real attitude problemo and language issues. he appears to be very low rank and is probably not familiar with the rules. he was officially warned by whosethisguy and screenshots taken by him as well.

Ok, new one for me. I got a PM from someone saying he was Oliver11's father and asking me to lift the ban on Oliver. I directed him here. Before I left my last game with Oliver11, I told him to remember me when he got muted. I guess he did. If we get a commitment that it'll clean up I support a second (and final chance).

Please do not talk about what you do not know, I adopted Oliver a couple of years ago with my wife which we are currently going through a tough divorce, and I believe that this might be cause for his behavior, why would I be saying sorry to people I don't know who play plane games, you know what I'd rather not have Oliver play with a bunch of accusing game addicts who want to feel in command by banning a poor nine year old,

I agree they need to say sorry and I know I could say I'm sorry when I was 4. Get the child on guide him here and get him to type it or else it will not or at least should not be unbanned

Well Oliver, all they really want is to see you say is I'm sorry and this will not happen again, coming on and getting hateful wont help you or anyone else. I don't know the whole story here but if your son turely understands that there will be a reaction to his actions then I'd say yes give the lad another chance. But Sence he was able to type out that kind of language then he should be able to say I'm sorry and he understands there are rules to be followed here. It really is that easy.

Some background since you are not a player yourself. As you say, this is a plane game. It is also a public chat app, and that by itself opens up a high degree of responsibility for the player. The player is not merely shooting down robots and talking to a computer. These are real people on the other end, some of them kids. It's a mistake to under-appreciate the audience. I myself am a Dad, and if there are pottymouths in a game, I do NOT let my daughter watch (she is 10 and too young to play unsupervised). The regular players, kids and adults, have all agreed to a community of clean talk and clean play (well, as clean as a shooting game is going to be). That also includes fair play, which means not shooting up your own teammates and ruining a mission. All of this, vulgar language and teamkilling, your son has done. A lot. Many reports. Have you seen what he texted? Not just swear words. I can PM you some screenshots sent in by other players.

That's the background. As for the family situation, I have empathy. But that's not the point. One fellow let his younger kid play unsupervised, and the kid was shooting at friendly teammates, causing a real ruckus in several games. He admitted responsibility for controlling access to his device, and got back game privileges when he was able to password protect his ipad. My analogy is that if my dog pressed the fire button and shoots down my teammate, that's my responsibility and I shouldn't play until I am somewhere where that won't happen. Another guy gave his phone to his coworker who shot down a bunch of friendlies, and he got banned until he committed that his phone was under control.

Yeah maybe it's a little freakish that we keep our game so pure. I enjoy it a lot, and just don't want my precious little time wasted by people who disregard the rules.

Here's what we will do. Oliver is not old enough to have bought this game for play (purchase agreement says 13). He will remain muted for a week - no chat - but can play if you commit that he will be supervised for all play. That's the only way my own kid can play, and we will make no special concessions here. If the play is clean for a week, we'll unmute. Let me know what you would like to do.

Thanks Manfred. As I was privy to some of the background information from the father, that I did not share to preserve privacy, I supported an additional chance for the young man. I think our "wholesome" environment could actually be a positive influence on him if he chooses to assimilate.

I see your proposal as fair and just and truly hope Oliver joins us again.

We take it seriously like a playground. Fun is the goal, amd no abuse of others is key. And with the mix of adults and kids, we watch behavior closely. More for the kids' benefit, but everyone wants clean play.

Please do supervise, and it's truly got to be more than just trying. That's not a power play; you've got a few folks rooting for you and Oliver right now, and I can see this going really well but there needs to be 100% coverage. A few items that might help you oversee his play:
- Enemies are red, always. Teammates are blue, always. Shoot red, and do not shoot at blue. Help blue.
- Shoot the airport hangars where the red enemies are spawning. Not the friendly airport where blues are spawning.
- The game can be a little frustrating when he is learning how to fly and maneuver. He will get shot down constantly. Tell him it's not a personal failure. No big deal. Learn from it. Respawn and keep trying. If it gets unnerving, time to put it down for a while. Alternately, it can teach good sportsmanship.

Feel free to come on the forum and ask questions. There are some good people here. I am not a vid junky, and this is the only game I play online, mostly because of the forum and people. And if you like, play the game yourself. You may like it!

Sebasisaac banned for two days. New player, only 3 kills, but probably all blues! Keep in mind that new players are the ones who most recently have seen the instructions window before each game. In their language of choice. Ah well, hopefully he'll get the message.

I appreciate your encouragement Matador. There is much that goes on behind the scenes, with other players, moderators, and Joaquin. Not a one man show! And sometimes it works out, while other times not.

I just wish I could play more, but my phone and the game are not talking well together. It seems like it quits just when I'm about to make a shot (well also when someone is about to get me, so maybe it's even). Last night I did have a few games that finished, but it did not last. I guess I have more time on the forum while my game is inoperable.
