If anyone has problem, the first and last thing one should communicate is through PM and PM only until and unless a member is spoiling the game for the whole community.

If any member wants to move to any squad due to any reason, he should be allowed to do as it is nowhere mentioned that one can't leave after joining any squad. Always remember it's members who make the squad not the leader. No one has the right to question member's right to stay or leave the squad.

Respect your squad member and his/her decision. If you don't have that patience to relieve the pilot on good note, to me, you are not fit to lead the squad. It's better to play solo and rule yourself.

Hi and thank you all for the many personal messages/texts/emails/facebook messages i had all kind words indeed. Sorry i was angry and just had enough of the bad mouthing and whining going on in the community. i was not angry just disappointed that this could not be resolved though pm .if someone sends a pm saying cease and desist or else! how are you to respond ? lil decided to ignore it as would i have. But for that person to post a few minutes after the PM came was just someone trying to seek attention ive had a good few days off and done things ive been putting off for a while
