Just down loaded the latest apple update for elite and it will not install , just keeps crashing back to home screen. Download it at your peril!!!

Same here Pagan green bar goes 3/4 of the way then back to the home page and starts all over again and again. Ipad mini second generation.

I just updated mine before as Zup was opening the game rankings in elite and it went through really quick . No problems at all . I didnt even get the run through the video or the optimization . Updated and I opened it in a couple of minutes . ipad air . May be the device Brothers but I cant be sure .

Worked for me. Apple IPhone 5s. I haven't done the latest update on it yet, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. Seemed a little jittery, and everybody disappeared twice on me. Liked the little box thing (nice addition, Zup! Thanks), but now my aim seems way off! Could just be that I'm a terrible shooter though. Plus, today was the first time in a couple weeks that I've been able to play (been to busy, not a problem with the game).

I have an iPad3, and it loaded easily for me. No issues at all so far.

can any of you guys do a skype or similar to get this solved? it should definitely work (I've tried on all my apple devices) so I'm very curious to see what's different

Here is a suggestion.

1. Double click the home button and swipe away all the back ground apps running on your device.
2. Hold down the power button as if to power down the device. When the swipe button is returned, press and hold the home button untill the screen returns to normal. This will fush your memory on your device.
3. Download and install dogfight elite, be sure to stay on the screen when the green bar is present. Do not leave the app.
Wait until finished and select dogfight icon.

If this doesn't work, throw the device at the wall.
Go buy a device that runs on Android.

nope i'm in madrid. Enjoy Malaga, it should have real nice weather these days.

It took about 15 minutes for the update to load onto my iPhone 6. I just set it down and checked on it from time to time. Seemed to work fine once it finished.

The crash is random. It is fixed on the next update but it didn't fail for everyone. None of my apple devices crashes. And obviously it didn't crash for Apple either because it passed their review process before it was published.

But it does exist and it does crash for many right now.

I've got a reply from Apple that they will do an expedited review. So the fix should be released as an update today hopefully.

Done the new update ZUP , didn't work for me, still the same problem of not loading.

Same here. Im thinking about removing df1 and reinstalling elite. I dont play df1 anymore anyway.

Worked and installed for me too (iPad Pro). Other than getting kicked from games everyday when things get exciting.. it's great.

Nope, no good. Uninstalled elite,
uninstalled old dogfight, changed language, changed regions, re-installed, same result.

Update done , still the same ,installation bar goes 3/4 across then reverts back to home screen.

any progress? tried to remove/redownload today? it honestly doesn't make sense it wouldn't work now

I wish I hadn't updated it no longer loads,so waiting for next update to fix this update

I removed dogfight, removed elite, changed language from english and US, ,to spanish and Spain, restarted ipad, reinstalled elite.
Exact same results. Progress bar goes to about 3/4 and then kicks back to desktop. Ipad 2, latest iOS, good fast wifi 12-15 Mbps download,10-12 Mbps upload
