Presenting the first Category for May!
Best Tank Driver
There were a ton of requests for this category. Here it is, let the voting begin!
Rules are below.

Each week a new Category will be released. Each Category will run for ten days. At the conclusion of each voting period, the Top Ten will be announced and Awards given to the #1 Member of each category.
Rules:

1. Each Person can vote for only 3 people.

2. If you vote for more than 3 people, we will take the first 3 names from your post.

3. You cannot vote for yourself.

4. Please use the Member's full in game / forum name to help avoid confusion.

5. In the Event of a tie, World Rank will be used to determine the winner and / or position in the Top Ten.

At the end of voting in all 5 categories, the 2 members with the most total votes will earn a nomination in the Best of the Best category.

Wow, this is going to be a tough category. This may seem biased, simply based on how many times these guys have blasted me out of the Sky.
Without a doubt, my deadliest Tanker is:

It still makes me jump when I get blasted by a tank. Picking only 3 will be hard, there are many who have perfected the art of tanking.
Foust, is so deadly that some call it Fousting.
Rodama, I've seen him defend his base from a tank.
Monster Cannon, he will get you no matter where you are.
I can only hope to become half as good as these Tankers.

base on facts and experience, my closest encounter for best tank driver or who can triangulate a turret up to 90 degree angle and shoot a plane down static position would be

(b) Rodama
(c) blu Breeze

Well! Looks like we hit on a good topic here! Keep those votes coming and remember,

Well we started off good, then lost power halfway down the track!

After many attempts, I finally got smart and started avoiding the following folks while they roll in with thunder:

MONSTER CANNON (Ironic name)

DOGNAMMIT

Im twitching in wanting to jerk laptop sideways while typing this to avoid shell coming my way! Wait...is the question in taking out hangars? Might need a different list

So far haven't played many great tankers that will hold a candle to monster cannon, like von hulk said he will shoot u anywhere, the delfi, ill think of one more later

Hangars, Boats, planes, chutes, people, tanks, birds, fish, etc...

Cannon seems to be popular here, sadly i havent seen him in action ipso i cant vote for him.

I have however seen foust in action, for over 4 years. He tabked before it was cool. Back when there where pamzers out and the planes where smaller and the aim reticule wasnt even 10% accurate. Had to shoot and adjust to get a bead on a target. And he got so good he could get u from a mile away with 1 shot. He taught me how to tank, but its been so long and the games changed so much, i kinda lost my edge when it comes to tanking, shooting, dogfighting, and surviving while im at it lol. To much rust, slows me down.

After foust, id say jaysdarkside. He shot me and my whole team down, 1 after another. I eventually got the hint and left him a lone, only to get shelled from side angles and behind.... He even managed to get a multitude of our hangers. Great tanker he is.

And lastly, id have to say jazhonkeu. Another old timer from df who mastered the tank early on.he was right with foust at skill and could swat u out the air from almost any altitude so long as u where within range. Great tanker and great friend. And judging by the votes he has, im guessin he still plays and is still just as deadly.

I would say the last one goes to Mr.BrandMan, a nice fresh face, and always seems to get me at the exact time I'm not looking

Lucky shots?? Well you have had plenty of luck shooting me!

Indeed, tough to pick just 3. But there are some that have made a lasting impression with me.

Bhfoust is awesome and has gave us [M]isfits lots of tips to become better tankers.

Jazhonky has shown me what is possible in a tank. I recall one game he got my plane like 7 times, and one of those was from about a half mile while I was flying away from him.

VonKilner may be more dangerous in a tank then in the air, just maybe.
