Thank you brothers for the congratulations of astonishment. :)

The climax was surprisingly anti-climactic: the usual on-screen promotion text with the little flute sound, then a disconnect from the zep game I was in. I'm not even sure if we won or lost. Dixieconfederate was pretty stoked, and he and Nachoo quickly put up a congratulations thread and slapped on a picture of my promotion, so thanks, guys.

I played one game as a MORAF, and Kestrel flung me and my shiny new ride around like a ragdoll. This was a quick reminder that there are a ton of players who can stomp me with impunity, and that my getting to MORAF was, to paraphrase Marko99, through "stubbornness and mediocrity." :lol:

I gotta admit its nice to see this sitting in my hangar:



But I don't want to bring it out because you guys will mess it up! :P
