No, don't let people buy more bombs. I'd be happy to donate cash (No credit, but if you give me an adress, I'll have a $20 bill in the mail tomorrow), but I don't think that the game should be able to be impacted so directly by purchases. That's what made me love the game at first, that I could get a two shots into MBizzi's plane, and it did the same as his two in mine. Skill should be the biggest advantage you can have, that makes games more fun.

Don't make any planes cost real $$ either, or create a special paid currency like too many games do. There's other ways to earn money.

In all seriousness, though, set up a way for donations. We want to give you money as badly as you do.

The suspense is killing me and I have no patience.

Remember that not everybody lives on Europe or USA, and not everybody can afford international taxes. For example, I paid for the game and for every plane update using my credit card, and half the money I spent didn't reach Zup's pocket - it went for the damn brazilian government instead...
And I am ready to donate even more than what I already paid, but please, don't make things unfair by allowing more bombs or more bullets of more "gas" for rich players. Calvin is right about mantaining the "balance"...

Ahn... errr... And hope local wifi multiplayer is included in the pack this time...

Dogfight Elite will not only allow you to fly historic aircraft in action packed missions, but it will also allow to immerse yourself in a moment in history when pilots were guided by a code of honor, chivalry and gallantry that made them the knights of the sky.

Dogfight Elite: History and Goal

Joaquin Grech: I’ve always been infatuated with the idea of creating a flight simulator. With so many options out there, I found most focus on creating realistic graphics leaving behind the hidden stories of each pilot and aircraft. I also realized that when I spoke with people about the stories of WWI and WWII airplane combats, they were at awe. The stories are simply too cool to be ignored. This is how Dogfight Elite came to life.


Getting some ideas and putting together some sketches for aircraft to include in the game
Do you know why London was defenseless while being bombed by Zeppelins? Why women were not allowed to fly? What provoked the demise of Zeppelins and the creation of a women squadron? Why pilots weren’t allowed to use parachutes for years? Dogfight Elite will answer these questions and even allow you play their historic missions. These are the kind of stories we want to share.

Dogfight Elite will allow you to play historical airplanes while keeping inform on why you are flying these airplanes, what event on history provoked the changes you see on the plane and also find out why under pilots’ code of honor, some of your enemies were pardoned in the air to be able to fight them some other day.

On top of the historical and educational component, we want the game to be extremely fun and as realistic as possible. This means you will be able to join a squadron and play massive multiplayer airplane combats where you will need the help of your teammates to fulfill your missions. As you progress through the game and history, you will be able to pick your planes, parachute from burning airplanes and help the infantry on land by jumping on a tank. In short, we want to share the stories that made aviation a pivotal point in history while having a blast with your friends!

We discussed it first and she agrees that we both have alot of fun on it and even more than the PS3 (£190) wii (£150) and the games on them are, what, £50 each? I've never played any game as much as this POXY one

I'm in. I will definitely donate. However, I think I will wait until Joaquin announces this is what he had in mind. He may have many irons in the fire and I want to know that this one is echoboom's priority.

To Richy's point, I have spent more hours on this game (many of which I should have been doing something else) than I care to know. All of that entertainment is worth well over the $20 or so I've spent on the lifetime subscription and coins for upgrades.

Hmmm says a grand gets your plane decked out the way you want it. Interesting. Haven't finished reading it yet but I'm in. I to have slacked er ah wasted er um ah played a lot. wonder if they will take one of my kidneys instead of that 1000.

I would so donate to help out. Even if that means not eating for a few months. I could stand to lose a little weight to fly faster and in new planes any ways. but really I would.

How about a package for designing your own paint schemes for our planes? Or a package that allows you to change your plane to fit your squad banners? I'd pay for something like that? Would any one else?

I would.I want to have my Albatros look like the Albatros Manfred Von Richthofen flew.I would buy a paint pack to customize my planes and have decals to design them with.

If and when u reach ur Goal Zuperman, and finish creating the game. What happens to oir stats, points, and ranks. Do they stay the same or do u have to start over again.

- Of course not! The idea is that Dogfight Elite will use the same pilot database than Dogfight, meaning, your points, scores and everything will be shared with Dogfight Elite. There may be changes to the ranking since Dogfight Elite progresses into World War II, but you won't lose the points you already earned or paid for in Dogfight.

As for the Elite purchasing. On the pledge site it said that for a $10 pledge you can get the digital game for $10 instead of the recommended price of $25

I agree with Stuart. Joaquin, lots of players here, especially MOMs, have a considerable bank account. Most of them would be more than happy to donate more than they already have, if you take the time to ask them for it.

So the $10 donation buys the game or u have to pay an additional $10 to buy the game. Sry im so complicated. Lol thanks, the grey area helps out alot with my first q. Thx
