If I'm in a tangle where I'm flying in circles and I still can't get behind the bogey, what's the best way to get behind him?

Do quick suddon turns. Change direction. If you are circling left quickly change to going right. Try to gain some altitude. Hope this helps

do what hamers said as well as changing altitude while turning, very important to not only change directs but altitudes as well while flying. also use the higher altitudes to accelerate (and yes, pussh down with all ur might)

this is how i fly !!! :)

You're asking folks to give up their most prized secrets... Oh well, I'll tell you if you promise not to tell everyone else.

I think everyone does it a little different, but here's some of the things I do. I change speeds. Sometimes you can actually slow down and your opponent will pass you. I don't fly in a flat circle. Try to imagine you are drawing an atom with your plane... Like this

I also try not to keep the turn as tight as possible. Most people hold their turns as tight as possible and fly in an almost perfect circle. I try to flatten out in parts of the turn so its more of an oval than a circle.

I will also fire random shots, just a two or three shot burst. The opponent may hear it and think you have the advantage and change their pattern or direction.

I'll also barrel roll a couple times to change my direction, like hamers said.

Finally, I do not ever recommend dropping your bomb, but if they have, they have the advantage. Try to get them while you're still carrying. It is possible. If you practice while you're carrying, it only makes you that much better if you've dropped. If you can't get them in a couple turns, you might as well dump your bomb, at least until you improve your chasing skills.

Hope it helps. Remember, it's a secret just between us. If I hear you've been blabbing, I'll be really upset!

First, make sure u use motion settings.

Second, when u start chasing someone, drop ur bomb as fast as possible to gain speed fast. Then dont keep turing in the same direction, change it up to confuse them. Thats like the biggest one

Try this one: tricky, but awesome when you get it right. We all know that your plane turns harder with stick full back than stick full forward, so if you're getting tired of a tight deadlock, or if you think his SE5 has the edge over your Albatross, fly away straight but quickly invert (that means turn upside down to you fellow Australians). If you're lucky, your opponent will just see you breaking away, as if you're looking for a softer target. He will almost certainly give chase in the hope of whacking you before you get into another dogfight. Keep your nerve. Look as inviting as possible. Fly straight and keep your nerve. When his first burst cracks past you (ideally just before), pull your stick hard back. Instinctively your enemy will want to follow and push his stick forward. Your turn will be much tighter than his, even if he is in a superior aircraft. Possible outcomes if your enemy is not ready are:
1. You come out of an inverted loop with a discombobulated enemy in your sights, as he is trying to twist and turn to catch up with your turning circle.
2. If you're far enough in front you come out of an inverted loop to an enemy flying head on - always a preferable situation if you're in a rubbish plane.
3. You fly half a loop, hit the ground at 130mph and die horribly of multiple fractures and third degree burns. Your intended victim or some onlooker goes 'lol' to add to the humiliation.
Give it a go. What's the worst that can happen?

My tip is like bomber said turn quickly. Also if near the bridge fly through the struts holding it up. Enemy might crash. If that fails try ramming them into the ground

Well most of these tips are good tips. I'm no pro and I won't claim to be. But if you want to prolong your flight or death figure the one chasing you is better. Don't sell your moves. Start turning then barrel roll and go somewhere else watch and listen for his fire. Throttle can be your friend or enemy too. Remember gravity rules. Honestly I'm horrible in tight situations but I get lucky sometimes. Hope this helps

Here's the secret kid: study your enemy. The rolling and banking are all standards, and a no brainer. However, everyone has a weak spot. Identify it by watching them engage another enemy. Some like to fly high, some low (especially the feathery fellows), some just live for the fight for all and very hard to shake.. Just wax on Danielle son, then wax off...my plane, for giving you this tip :silly:

been Noushed lately?

Bomer, aka Thunder Bolt. You know dropping your bomb gives you the advantage of speed and agility, But you can't compleat the mission without one. That leads to others dropping and then others because nobody wants to get shot down over and over then nobody's carrying bombs and the game turns into nothing more than a endless dogfight

I am no expert nor do I have a great solution. To drop or not to drop? For the most part I choose not to, and find ways to increase speed and agility using gravity. That means that I am vulnerable to those who drop to gain the advantage. I choose to hold because it's my choice and I like the challenge.

I do drop when the odds are against or there is a spawn killer in orbit above base. Regardless the rankings mean nothing to me, just the challenge to complete the mission if I don't lose connection.

I am pretty new so take this with a grain of salt lol but when playing against guys/girls like dr.dave, big tex, 420 etc if I can't figure them out I watch them fly against other while falling in my parachute to better understand how they maneuver so on the next run I can maybe scratch them lol

Shoot them not watch from the chute lol. You have the option if you hit the camera, you can shoot at them and with practice bring them down.
