The karma is just under your avatar on your posts. Give one with plus. Take one with the minus. Every 6 hours you can do this.

If you like the player, like what they say then add one. Dislike and you can take one.

What I like most is when you are on a computer (not a mobile device) and you hover the curser over the minus sign, a little pop up will show that says "smite". I was at work the first time I saw it and busted out laughing. Coworkers thought i had lost it.... Again

Oh and to actually answer your question... It doesn't do anything. Theoretically, its an indicator of how well liked a player is, but here it can also indicate how many fake accounts a player has.

Hey guys. I want to ask for a karma drive for moderators too. They do soo much for this game to keep it as fair and clean as possible. Without them this game would b a disaster. I have already given one to manfred. And as soon as 6 hours is up I will give another karma to another random moderator :P. who's with me

Gordon, the little text bubble is a link to Private Message (PM) that specific user. For the rest it depends on what you have put in your profile, but they are links to websites or social media sites like Facebook or twitter or maybe even a squad website. Hope that helps!
