Does anyone watch The Walking Dead on AMC? The new season starts this Sunday. I started watching it towards the end of the first season because I thought it was going to be like some low budget, only see two episodes till the remove it from the scheduled line up show, but it is very realistic, as far as that type of stuff goes. I try to watch it unless i'm busy. If you haven't seen it I suggest viewing the show, if you are the appropriate age.
Oh, it's the start of season three, forgot to add that in.

I thought that me and Ms Tex were the only ones we knew who watched the show. Great to see we're not the only ones.

Yeah it was a great episode, the second season was boring though, I just wanted them to get off that farm. It was kindof stupid. But this season should be good. i was hoping that they would go from town to town and meet new people as they travelled across the ruined country, but I guess that isnt happening.

Alright, I confess. I am drawn to this show. I have been a sucker for good zombie flicks for many years and I could hardly believe it when a series based on this genre was created. Sometimes I think the drama is a bit much but, the action & suspense help make up for it.
One of my very favorite scenes was in season 2 during the quick draw gunfight in the deserted bar between Rick and the two scumbags.

I still remember when the very first "Night Of The Living Dead" movie came out. I was far too young to be allowed to see it and even the movie trailer could not be shown on TV until after 10:00PM!

Alright so i'm p***** off, I'm out of town for work and the hotel that I'm staying at doesn't have AMC so I missed the first episode. I'm going to try to watch it on the net.

I agree with you diablo, the second season wasn't as good. It had great moments but couldn't keep my interest. If they keep up the suspense level of the first episode, this season will be unbelievable! I was gonna talk about it a little but I don't want to ruin it for ksta315..

Yes! Better than expected by far. Such great charactures. So far Daryl and Carl my favorites. Herchel is up there too.

Holy crapolie!! just watched ep2. Looks like they're on a roll this season. Even the previews for the next episode looked insane! They've put themselves in such a great position with the writing..so many directions it can go in this season!

I don't think it is because it showed her and the blonde walking up the road in the next episode preview on amctv. I wonder if it's Darrell's brother, I think he is supposed to come back in this season?

Could be someone from the group that had the helicopter and humvees in the ep3 preview?

Nope. Choppin that guy's head in half, then locking the other out in the yard.... The first one was necessary, that guy was insane. The kid didn't do anything, though, that was just cruel and inhuman.
