ok guys and girls sense there has been numerous officer meetings and not enough full member meetings me and bz are calling for a all member meeting on the website sometime tomorrow we are trying to get the misfit family more involved so everyone please post times and time zones that you can make it me and bz would very much apprciate it!!!!

Atttention Misfits

Over the last several weeks we have experienced some set backs, loss of members, the rejoining of members and in squad feuds. This will now come to an end. Meetings being called with out other officers being notified first. Ppl joining with out recruitment process. Now this whole mod thing goin on! We now my toes are sore from being stepped on! So here's the deal, I have tried to make a family out of our little squad. Was working for a bit
But now its getting chaotic and needs to be controlled. I have let you all have fun, which is what were all about. But again chaos is trying to over come our family. I am putting my foot down. We have a chain of command that needs to be followed by every one. I Grey Misfit Ghost am the 1st in command, BHFoust, Whip, Bzerk, Raptor, Randy. Then the General officers Pownage, Alex, Whose, Jd and TBuilt.

If a problem occurs one of our officers will assist you any way possible. If it can't be resolved bring it to the higher officers to deal with it. Shit starters and liars will be dealt with accordingly. As you 1st in command I need to know what's going on with every one. Same for Foust and Whip. Other officer if you can't not fix what's problems occur then come to us for help. I am no longer setting back and watching this squad go down. I will stand tall and proud as the Leader of the 121st Misfits. And will do any thing and every thing I can to help or fix things in anyway I can. Do not hesitate to pm me. I will respond as soon as I can.

Now we have a few ppl in this family that are brutally honest and speak their minds (Bzerk mainly lol) and myself. I have been bitting my tongue on a lot of things to spare ppls feelings. Trying to be biased on all the problems that have occurred. Will no more. I will speak my mind fully from now on. If you can not take the honesty from me or Bzerk or any one else for that matter the you know how to leave. Secrets are being hiddin from us by few, OK fine! But if I find out that those secrets may hurt or disrupt this squad I will personally boot you out, no call for a meeting on that cause it won't happen.

I get a little emotional at times like the rest of you all! No secret there. Like today, I dropped my banner and changed my name. Well I'm not going anywhere. This is my home away from home. I love every single one of you Misfits. But if you want to leave then let us know by pm's.

Now if any of you have ideas or questions just shoot an officer a pm and well try to help. But in any case I have finial say about every thing that passes my desk.

Now about a mod for this squad. Well I have a few ppl in mind for that position. Now please return to your fun shooting down reds.

I would like to clear the air as well here. For the most part if you all take a look back through this thread you will find a group of individuals who have in many ways opened themselves up to all you MISFITS.

In so many ways you MISFITS have formed what we call a squad, in my eyes it's a support group or family when one needs an outlet. A place to let loose when we need a laugh or at times a tear, most importantly a place in which we find peace, respect and trust within one another, honor and support.

So as you can tell my schedule is wide open.

I like the red baron plane I use it sometimes good steady shooter, but find it to slow can never get to the hangers. Pretty good dogfighter too, its a better fighter then the white Italian junk plane that plane blows. I kill that plane easily with red baron plane in dog fights, and the British green camoplane is better plane then that iItalian job. [M] Jack burton1
