Saw a big yellow Agricat Biplane dusting a field on the way home. I should have bought a plane and went into that when I was young.

Too busy smoking......cigarettes and chasing Fillies around. Worked on a Thoroughbred Farm back in the day!
Chased a gal or two around back then too! Was always too slow to catch the good ones though!

Thanks for your input , but it ain't about what BHG wants its about the good of the squad and that's all that matters. There was a time when BHG would have got a definite NO from me , some of the things he was doing was not misfit like.
He does seem to have changed though ,so if he does reapply at some time in the future I may reconsider , and accept the squads decision.

5 post in the last 24 hours i remember the day's when there was 5 a minute and on a Friday too. always look forward to seeing all the game's posted that everyone played, i guess with the two game's and probably half the squad no longer playing we can expect things to get even slower.

Think maybe the warmer weather might play a role too. Like you, wasn't too long ago I had to check in every few hours of there would be pages to read!

Wait all this time for Elite. The control set ups kinda bite. I either get the toggle which has no sensitivity and the right,left is hard to control or the simplistic tilt, which is really slow. Ughhhh! Did get into a good cap against Brother Rabbit, then...controls quit responding and the infamous connection lost popped up. Strangely enough it was right when I took off and got swirled around the Carrier to come to rest on the bridge. Got a cool shot of it!

New plane is cool. But can't dogfight worth crap anymore. Still think there needs to be a sensitivity bar. Maybe set at 90-95. Planes cost me around 2 mil a pop. Thanks CC for toying with me schooling me the good games.





And world rank keeps bouncing me up and down...so I'm awesome right now...

Finally found the time to get another Track uploaded. Sounds really raw. Tommy Grim didn't do a very good job mixing it. The beginning is cut off and the ending is abrupt. He raised the level of my guitar too much ( I thin ) and the whole thing sounds a little like the raw recording. Maybe if we had used better equipment, although none of this was really planned, and maybe if he wasn't all caught up playing Rock Star in CA. Most of all, maybe if he wasn't all wrapped up in this Gal singing for him, we would have a better result. Hope she is really good at.....cleaning his house, because She isn't that great of a singer or looker!

I asked him to try and re-mix it a bit, we'll see.

I wrote a small part, mainly written by my God Son and his friend in Europe. Best way to separate who is who, I am playing the Dominant lead and sound louder than the rest. .
Kind of something I worked on ( off and on ) for years.
Picture Pilots rushing from the Ready Room to their F-16's to Scramble against an incoming wave of attackers. They climb fast and high before pushing their Aircraft beyond the Sound Barrier and into a a life or death fight against their enemy. That was the inspiration in my mind's eye behind this.

I feel the same way Brother! Sat back and waited all this time for the issue with Unity, Android, or whatever it was to get fixed so I could play Elite.
I don't get the realistic cockpit choice. The basic tilt is so slow in the turns it's nuts!
Switch to the toggle, where there is no sensitivity adjustment the left-right control is almost impossible to hold the plane steady.

Now Apple is having the same issues Android did.

Oddly enough there was an update for DF1. Which I feel more comfortable playing.

If the game is on an outdated platform, can't fathom why it can't be moved to the newer version.

It would be like the creators of the most popular games saying "well that's it. No more."

See tons of threads wanting the original game to keep going. Would love to play Elite more, just can't control the planes. Sooner or later a light bulb is going to pop up over somebody's head and the realization that too much change too soon is going to be the undoing.

Today has been really nice outside. Thanks to all the rain the grass has been growing so fast you can hear it.

Been mowing for the last 4 hours and still need to go over the yard one more time.

Miss mowing one weekend in Ohio and you will regret it! Wish the Kid next door would quit playing Baseball so I could hire him! Bought this house because I wanted a big yard with lots of trees, don't know what the hell I was thinking!

Break time's over, gotta get back on the Kidney buster and get done!
