Doing forum in school best ever. Got to go teacher coming

Oh misfits I forgot to tell you it might be hard for me to go to meetings. Very sorry but my mom won't let me on the Internet. Will I be a recruit because I can't go to the meetings or is that only for officers.

Nope you a full Misfit and there you'll stay. If you can make a squad meeting let some one know first.

I know that now!! But we cant expect all members to know eveyones other names. Changing names can cause confusion among other members that dont know. I didn't know and thought we had a imposter.lol

Good question foust, we seem to have people in the squad we don't know or we thought we knew and people being told to join without posting on the thread.

Hey guys, i wanted to ask about opinions on somthing, is there a recruiter position open,? I just dont know if i should talk to people about joining or put thier props in the dirt for not having a misfits banner, lol idk i wanna feel important!! Lol pm me on the misfits site, )

So I'd like to know what eveyone thinks about leaving the recruiting to the officers.?
If we see someone thats really good we should post on our site!! I believe this will stop people from just going in and joining.
We should post it first before asking people to join

That has been part of the process, a member sees a potential and asks them to post on our thread. Then a recruiter contacts them, in this case it has been me for the most part due to circumstances.

I understand,

If anyone is going to ask someone to join make sure you fly with them more then once before asking. Then post on our site that you asked someone to join so the recruiting officers know. I believe this will help new members go through the process of joining much easier!! Instead of just joining on their own.

Tbuilt, whip; yes it would be wise to let others know you are going to fly an alias. Also perhaps wise to remove the misfits banner. Myself, I probably wont be doing it again unless Dixie sends me a money order. It was such a fun joke between us, i know it gives him great pleasure to see his arch enemy. We should come up with an official squad policy on this for page 1. Perhaps those dying to change names could have an AKA next to their name on the squad roster. For now let us say remove misfits if you must fly under a diff name.

Foust-- i dont know who [M] no limits is. Anyone who does should come forward so we can find out if this is an imposter (sorry squad for opening this can of worms, i find myself actually hoping this IS an imposter and not a member following my poor example.)

Tbuilt; on flying once with someone before inviting-- I like to fly with someone way more times. I might even search their name on the forum for beef, and also look at their numbers too.

ALL MEMBERS INVITING RECRUITS should remember three things: they should read page 1. They should explore our thread and the forum. They should not change name or squad until instructed by an officer. How to fit this in a quick ingame chat? "Dont change squads yet but come post on our thread for instructions"

Gina, if you want I'll cook your chow, but I had enough washing planes when I was a real line crewman. The belly is the worst part. Was your ban a five minute auto ban? Havent seen you on the blacklist thread. Im getting a little tired of some mods banning without posting on the BL. Im going to gripe to manfred about this.
