Great pics Johnnie, b17 and the b24 are two of my favorite heavyweights from the U.S. and love the Lancaster from the Brit's. Can go on and on about the planes from that era.

Yep i agree sky , ive said it before and ill say again the merlin engine in a spitfire is the most beautiful man made sound ever !!!( i say man made it was mostly women who made them but you get my point )

I have to agree with you there J K. I've grown up hearing that beautiful sound. It always gives me goose bumps, shear perfection I live just outside Eastleigh in Hampshire, the birth place of the Spitfire. We regurlarly get them flying over head 2 or 3 times a year. Its always a treat for me when they make an appearance.

Well this last injection in my hand seems to be lasting a bit. Still snapping and popping, but not as bad. Just finished up some playing time with the guys. Got a rough cut of another instrumental. Gonna try some editing. Tried loading into my I Tunes but it keeps popping out.
