I get pissed when I fall to spawn killers. (Of course there are exceptions such as covering for incomming bombers or to protect the zep.) If I'm over a carrier or base and comming in right as a red is spawning I like buzzing them without firing just to let them know that I'm better than that!

Kind of full of myself, I know. But hey, at the end of the day, to me, it's all about how well I do while maintaining my own dignity instead of lowering my own standards to match those who piss me off.

Got to agree with McFate here, I hate being spawn killed and I intensely dislike those pilots that do it regularly. Apart from the exceptions mentioned, there is just no need, and they are just cheap kills. You are much better than that Sno, please don't lower yourself to their level. I just wont bind myself to a rule that no one else upholds . If someone sucker punches you and you turn the other cheek ...thats you . If they do me its returned double ..thats me . Its not illegal in the game ,its a squad rule . Choose to follow ,thats you ...i choose not to . To win a battle you fight like the enemy , not the way you wish they would fight . If it were something like tank killing that i wouldnt stoop too . But a gentlemans way of playing is a courtasy i will not extend to people that are not. On the other hand those that play with a little bravery and class ill play that way with to . For those that wanna play rough thats how ill play with them

If you are spawn killing spawn killers, I don't have a problem with that, and I suspect our 5 second rule doesn't apply to them. SKilling noobs just demoralises them, and they will stop playing dogfight, which is why the majority of pilots don't do it. I understand your frustration and I feel the same way.

This is just a game ( albeit a great addictive game ), not a battle. The enemy in one game could well be your team mate in the next game.

You and I had a hell of a battle the other night scoring over eighty kills between just yourself and me, none were spawn kills. Thats the snow I know ad respect so highly. I totaly agree, and do the same, i also extend this courtisy to team killers!! mod in game or not. I dont visit the black list much these days, prefur to handle it myself

just playing this morning with sonic and my plane decides to go 180 at normal air speed. REALLY hard to control like that. and sometimes i spawn and die and sometimes uncontrollable rolling(but that can be fixed by quitting and rejoining game). so maybe we should have tried to fix all bugs before trying to

make new game?

Here my rule of thumb, you could say:
I try to live most parts of my life as consistant as i would expect my teenage boys to.... and yes that means even here on DF.
I happen to think chivellry should still be practiced, and I love the Bibles royol law you know.... treat others as you would want or expect to be. I know it's a bit old school, but like it or not it preserves characture and dignity and a few silly atributes like those. Ok guys i tryed again today samething as yesterday i'm officially done flying i cant play like this ive had it.settings are off every game hit fire button bomb drops just going to spend our last week at the bar telling stories of the good old days.

It sounds to me like you're still a good guy...A pissed off good guy perhaps. If it's retaliation against spawnkillers you're looking for I think the whole squad will be with you. Heck, many times if you chat that someone is doing it other squads and players will join you too.

I love that self policing side of df. In a dogfight last night I got blasted by a tank upon spawning and chatted "check for a tank camper on south base" . Weren't you one of the ones who said "I'm on it"? Just don't go postal. I saw wayner get pissed at the end of a btb last night. He lost and tk'd until he got banned. His teammates were in shock. It had been a good game up to that point but it ended right after. It ruined the game.

I always try to respond when someone makes such an announcement. I frustrates the hell out of me when I'm going for a camping tank and others are still shooting at me.

I just spent 20 minutes typing my take on SK but I hit the wrong button and it went bye-bye so short version, bombing reds shooting you ,you shoot them. The immune bs protects the young, the higher ranks tough crap get better then stop crying its a WAR game. To me sk is the people that stay behind you waiting for you to take off and never come in front (I will still get ya) I can get by a tank sk(I will get you) haven't figured out how to get by a tank parked in front off my plane on the runway...o wait I did get by but I got banned for 5 minutes. So I say bring it on SK's it might take 5 to 10 times, but it still sends you all back to your base...then its head on baby...o darn you shot me down, tank time better get me fast , I will be on the other side of the hill taking your hangers out. I have noticed that most of the people who cry about this stuff, there skill level has reached its max

Snow I think you are doing what we all would. See my favorite spawn killer is masa50 he does it to everyone in tank in plane doesn't matter. Well I tell him I can't wait to see him at a spawn point and so far he quits just as I have beaten him back to his base or carrier. Don't quit or think you misrepresent us....we are Misfits!

Your a ace bro, a Wiseman once told me that when you reach a certain point that everyone wants a shot at you...well your right in the middle of it now. Don't let there lack of skill get you down. You are one of the most aggressive pilots out there, I know thats hard to keep bottled up...so crack that cap, keep the banner, and you will always be a Misfit brother
