Found a couple of Misfits tonight. Great battle, ArthoMan, Jay.

I got two good games tonight, first one i was with [M]Comet, [M]FBT and [M]e Gotcha, and so a weird guy messed up the game and we gave him hard time untill he left the game and last one with [M] Noob a.k.a. [M]onster Canon, always a pleasure be with you guys!!

Good game with first blood. I stayed for just a while longer to get 120 kills...Just after it was us three against four reds...one of whom was heroics...I don't believe him to be a great head on...he compensated by dropping....that's ok..I'll drop to...but I won't take the poo term of "dropper." Meds kicked in and I was unable to continue

Good game FB, was a fun game.

That was the infamous Wingsofdeath. He's a real favorite of mine... I've ran into him a few times now...He's been blacklisted by me previously. As soon as I entered that game last night he started at me lol. I asked for a pass...next thing you know, he starts bombing his own hangars....now everybody's pissed with him! I have never seen a game where everybody, reds and blues, hovered around one player to kill him and make him leave! FBT took a 5 minute ban for his efforts.

TransAm, back from the paint shop. Got the windows tinted today, going to wash it up, and take a cruise through town. Hopefully I see a couple of youngsters in their "fast" little cars. Maybe I can get a ticket, or two. VROOM

Well, I went to the BNP Paribas Tournament aka Indian Wells in Palm Desert about an hour from where I live with my sister. I wanted to get some autographs and pictures with Federer or anyone for that matter, but alas, the things u want to happen never do However, this was in fact my first appearance to an actual Tennis Tournament for the pros and had a blast!! Got to spend some quality time with my sister, and we saw Federer and Nadal!! We love that guy!! These were the Men's Quarterfinals - Fed won his 6-4,6-0 against Tomas Berdych, while Nadal lost 6-4, 6-7, 4-6 to Milos Raonic. The latter match lasted for 3 hours!! Here are some pics.

All in all, I have to say thank you to my dad for getting these tickets! Even though he might not see this. I love you dad, you're the best!!

Wow what a beatiful plane, we were started the the takeoff roll and the radios went down along with the garmin gps, ugggggg, it was such a beautiful day also

Need some advice...I pay my mortgage and have paid roughly &30k on a loan of$168k...I got a notice staying I qualified for a 3.8 % interest rate for the remainder of my mortgage which would reduce my monthly payments...anyone else ever nipped at the bait?

What is your current rate, if you save a couple of percentage points than you re finance

I've always been told, only do it if you can lower the interest rate at least 1% and keep the loan at the same term (pay off date the same). Just watch out for closing costs, thats where they get you.

Actually I've always liked Cessna best. I really like the high wing. My favorite single engine was the 177RG and favorite twin is the Cessna 402. Never hurts to investigate. Two things I want to know. How much will my payment reduce and what are the closing costs.
I am all about paying off debt early myself. You know pay additional principal. Sounds like the term of the loan would not be reset to 30 years. That is good.

You might explore a 15 year loan also

Anytime you see an officer [*M] in red, ask him if you can do an Eval. Yes, the one you have under your belt still counts.
