Nothing...the server is correct but any computer that viewed your old banner will have it stored in the temp files. When you hit refresh it makes you get the new images etc..So the short answer is everyone else sees the correct image. If you have viewed your old banner on a computer it may show the old banner until you hit refresh.

Yeah it's weird goes laggy then ok and when it stops I hit when it's on I might as well just circus fly. You had a good game too...great flying with you!
