Two things i realized i have only been playing for 13 days and i believe we should assign a "scout" you know some one how plays on battles and look a people's skill and if they are good try to recruit them if we can form that as an officer i would like to be the head officer of that catogory. That's all please replay kptn for an answer because i think its a smart idea.

in fact we have just added the scout position in the recrutiing dept last week

So far scouts are

Kestrel, Grey Ghost, Kptn Digby
